Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscopic bending treatment tool that is inserted into and removed from a treatment tool insertion channel of an endoscope in order to collect tissue from a body mucosal surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Endoscopic treatment tools for collecting tissue from the body mucosal surface include those having a tissue collection member such as a brush or sharp knife attached to the distal end of a flexible sheath.
[0003]
In addition, there is one in which the vicinity of the distal end of the flexible sheath can be bent by an operation from the hand side so that the tissue can be collected quickly and surely by a transendoscope (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-142). ).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional endoscopic bending instrument, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-142, a link-like member that is bent around a support shaft at a plurality of locations is provided at the distal end of the flexible sheath. It has a precise configuration of arrangement, and the link-like member is bent / extended by the advance / retreat operation of the operation wire.
[0005]
Therefore, in addition to being difficult to clean completely after use and causing malfunctions, it is very expensive, so it is not easy to dispose of it and it is often reused in an unstable state. .
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an endoscopic bending treatment tool that has a simple structure, is easy to clean after use, has few failures, and is economical enough to be disposable at low cost. .
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the bending instrument for an endoscope of the present invention traverses the flexible tube in the radial direction in the vicinity of the distal end of the flexible tube to which the tissue collection member is attached. A pair of cutting grooves are formed at intervals, and an operation wire that is inserted and disposed in the flexible tube so as to be movable back and forth in the axial direction is inserted into and removed from the flexible tube in the pair of cutting grooves. The tip of the operation wire is fixed to the flexible tube at the front side of the cutting groove along the outer surface of the flexible tube.
[0008]
In addition, when the cross-sectional shape of the cutting groove is substantially V-shaped, the flexible tube is easily bent smoothly in each cutting groove portion. In addition, a plurality of pairs of cutting grooves are formed in the vicinity of the distal end of the flexible tube, and the operation wires are inserted into and out of the flexible tube in each pair of cutting grooves and are flexible between each pair of cutting grooves. It may be arranged along the outer surface of the tube, and in that case, if a plurality of pairs of cutting grooves are formed in the circumferential direction of the flexible tube, the tip portion of the flexible tube It can be bent three-dimensionally.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a distal end portion of a bending instrument for an endoscope according to a first embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a sharp knife for an endoscope.
[0010]
Reference numeral 1 denotes a flexible tube that is inserted into and removed from a treatment instrument insertion channel of an endoscope (not shown), and a sharp blade that is a spoon-like tissue collection member having a blade formed at the edge at the tip thereof. 2 is connected and fixed.
[0011]
As the flexible tube 1, a tetrafluoroethylene resin tube or a polyethylene resin tube can be used, and one having an outer diameter of about 1.5 to 2.5 mm and a length of about 1 to 2 m is used.
[0012]
In the vicinity of the distal end of the flexible tube 1, a pair of cutting grooves 3 a and 3 b having a substantially V-shaped cross-section substantially perpendicular to the axial direction of the flexible tube 1 are spaced apart in the axial direction. Is formed. In this embodiment, the pair of cutting grooves 3 a and 3 b are both formed at the rear position of the tissue collection surface 2 a of the sharp knife 2.
[0013]
In the flexible tube 1, an operation wire 4 formed of, for example, a stainless steel stranded wire is inserted and disposed over the entire length so as to be movable back and forth in the axial direction, and in FIG. Advancing and retreating can be performed arbitrarily from the hand side).
[0014]
The distal end 4a of the operation wire 4 is fixed to the sharpened rod 2 by brazing or the like, so that the distal end 4a of the operation wire 4 is fixed to the distal end portion of the flexible tube 1. . However, the distal end 4 a of the operation wire 4 may be directly fixed to the distal end of the flexible tube 1.
[0015]
The flexible tube 1 is put in and out of the flexible tube 1 through the respective cutting grooves 3a and 3b, and is in a state along the outer surface of the flexible tube 1 only between the pair of cutting grooves 3a and 3b. Has been placed.
[0016]
Accordingly, when the operation wire 4 is pulled from the proximal side, the distal end portion of the flexible tube 1 is bent toward the tissue collection surface 2a side of the sharpened knife 2 in each of the pair of cutting grooves 3a and 3b as shown in FIG. To do.
[0017]
Then, if the operation wire 4 is pushed into the flexible tube 1 from the hand side, the distal end portion of the flexible tube 1 returns to the original straight state. 3, the distal end portion of the flexible tube 1 bends toward the back side of the tissue collection surface 2a of the sharp punch 2 in the pair of cutting grooves 3a and 3b.
[0018]
In this way, the bending instrument for an endoscope of the above-described embodiment has a simple configuration in which the pair of cutting grooves 3a and 3b are formed in the flexible tube 1 without using a link-like member or the like. The distal end portion of the flexible tube 1 can be bent.
[0019]
FIG. 4 shows the distal end portion of the bending instrument for an endoscope according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and a plurality of pairs of cutting grooves 3a and 3b similar to those in the first embodiment are provided, and the operation wire 4 is provided. Are inserted into and out of the flexible tube 1 in each pair of cutting grooves 3a and 3b, and are disposed along the outer surface of the flexible tube 1 between each pair of cutting grooves 3a and 3b. By comprising in this way, the part near the front-end | tip of the flexible tube 1 can be bent largely smoothly.
[0020]
FIG. 5 shows a distal end portion of a bending instrument for an endoscope according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and a brush 12 is attached to the distal end of the flexible tube 1 as a tissue collection member. . Further, a plurality of pairs of cutting grooves 3 a and 3 b are formed by sequentially shifting the positions in the circumferential direction of the flexible tube 1.
[0021]
Therefore, when the operation wire 4 is pulled toward the hand side, the vicinity of the distal end portion of the flexible tube 1 is three-dimensionally twisted with respect to a predetermined direction of the flexible tube 1 as shown in FIG. Therefore, it can be smoothly inserted into a hollow organ having a three-dimensionally bent shape such as a deep bronchus. In addition, illustration of the operation wire 4 is abbreviate | omitted in FIG.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the distal end portion of the flexible tube is formed by an extremely simple configuration in which a cutting groove is formed in the vicinity of the distal end of the flexible tube through which the operation wire is passed without using a link-like member or the like. Since it can be bent arbitrarily, cleaning after use is easy, there are few failures, and it can be manufactured at low cost.
