脚台の固定装置であって、上面に脚台に設けた貫通穴と
連通する開口部を有し、かつ下面に開口部を有して該脚
台の裏面に取付けられる中空のケースと、このケースの
一端側の下部にその下面開口部を下方から覆うように枢
支軸により上下方向に揺動可能に枢支された本体部及び
該本体部の下部に第1付勢部材により下方に付勢されて
設けられた脚部からなる固定体とを具え、前記ケース内
にその上面開口部を経て脚台の貫通穴から突出する頭部
及び下面開口部から固定体の本体部に当接する突部を摺
動部に有する摺動部材を上下方向に摺動自在に収納し、
この摺動部材の頭部が脚台の貫通穴から常時突出するよ
うに前記固定体を付勢する第2付勢部材を前記枢支軸に
介装し、前記摺動部材の摺動部に長穴を形成し、この長
穴にガイドピンを摺動部材の摺動方向と交叉する方向に
摺動自在に装着し、このガイドピンが長穴を摺動するこ
とによってその先端部が係合しまたは係合が外れる係合
部を有するガイドピン用案内凹溝を前記ケースの相対向
する内面に形成し、この案内凹溝の係合部は、脚台の貫
通穴から突出した摺動部材の頭部を押下して摺動部材を
下方に摺動するとともに、摺動部材の突部で固定体を第
2付勢部材の付勢力に抗して下方へ揺動し、固定体の脚
部が床面を押圧して第1付勢部材の付勢力に抗するよう
になると、ガイドピンが係合し、この係合状態でさらに
摺動部材の頭部を押下して摺動部材を下方に摺動する
と、ガイドピンの係合が外れる位置に形成されているこ
