That is, the inventor of the present invention uses a paper mold instead of the resin or rubber mold that has been conventionally used as a mold for imparting an uneven pattern to the concrete surface. Recalling that the paper formwork can be incinerated without causing environmental pollution after being used for producing a concrete product with an uneven pattern, and the efficiency is good. However, since there has been no practical method for making a decorative form from paper, we have continued to study this method. As a result, the raw material in which pulp, waste paper, etc. are melted is pressure-injected into the mold formed by the porous elastic body with continuous pores, and if it is sucked and dehydrated, the paper material is compression molded into an uneven pattern with a substantially uniform thickness. It was found that the obtained paper molded product can be easily obtained. However, if the above paper molded product is used as it is as a mold, the paper uneven portion may be deformed by concrete pressure during concrete placement. Granular paper materials, wood chips, etc. were filled in the side recesses to flatten the back surface. Also, when the paper mold and the concrete material come into direct contact with each other, the paper mold absorbs moisture in the concrete material to dissolve the fibrous material of the paper, destroy the uneven pattern, or destroy the mold during demolding. In some cases, the frame fragments adhere to the concrete surface and cannot be removed. Therefore, a water-absorbing layer is provided on the surface of the above-mentioned paper molded product, and this water-absorbing layer absorbs moisture in the concrete material to make the paper molded product It was designed to suppress the migration of water into the. As a result, the paper molded product will not dissolve due to moisture, and the concrete material will harden while the mold strength of the paper molded product is maintained. They have found that they can be easily demolded without being destroyed, and reached the present invention.

The decorative paper frame 20 can be easily removed. That is, the water absorption layer 20c formed on the surface of the molded paper product 20a controls the absorption of water in the concrete material of the decorative paper mold 20. This is because the shape can be retained and the demolding can be performed smoothly. For this reason, the paper molded product 20a on the concrete wall surface
The uneven pattern of can be accurately transferred. Further, by forming the water absorbing layer 20c, air bubbles in the concrete material are destroyed when absorbing water, and the concrete material is closely packed, so that the void phenomenon due to bubble traces on the concrete surface is eliminated. You can get it.

利点を有する。
As described above, according to the present invention, a paper frame is used instead of a resin or rubber frame as a frame for imparting an uneven pattern. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the lightweight and easy-to-handle paper decorative formwork is used, workability is good and quick work can be performed. Then, a water absorption layer is provided on the surface of the paper molded article, and the water absorption layer absorbs the water in the concrete material to suppress the migration of water to the paper molded article. Without dissolving
Since the concrete material cures in a state where the mold strength of the paper molded product is maintained, it is possible to easily remove the mold without breaking the uneven pattern at the time of curing and breaking the mold at the time of mold release. Moreover, there is an advantage that after the concrete product with the uneven pattern is manufactured, the used paper decorative mold can be incinerated as it is without causing environmental pollution.
