よりワッシャー44を介して蝶ナット47を螺合して最初に
かるく締付け、その後にナットを強く緊締して本締めす
るという方法が一般的であった。この為多数の取付金具
を締結する作業は、作業者が1つづつ手作業で行わねば
ならず自動機を用いて自動的にねじ締めによる取付けを
行うことができなかった。しかし高所での樋の取付作業
を迅速適正に行うには自動機を用いて能率的に作業を行
う必要があり、その為自動化が要求されており、従来の

しめると、先端にかしめ部5が形成されてナット7が抜
けなくなって樋受部材10と取付部材11が仮止め状に結合
されるものであり、従って従来のようにねじの螺回動動
作をしないで仮止めできるため、手動又は自動機を用い
てワンタッチで迅速確実に仮止め作業を行うことができ
るとともに、その後にナット7を軽く押込むように螺回
動することで仮止めから本締めに至る一連の締結作業を
スピーディに且つ正確に行うことが容易に可能となる。
而も構成が簡単で取付作業の信頼性が高くコスト的にも
