For example, when using an iron plate as an electrode, the wear is severe and must be replaced frequently, and when using a 100 m / m thick one, it wears out in a few months, and the replacement work is
It is complicated because the electrolyte contains a lot of impurities such as sludge.
When the electrolytic cell having the sealed structure as shown in FIG. 2 of JP-A-61-161190 is used, it takes a lot of time and labor to replace the electrode plate and many members are consumed. For this reason, an insoluble electrode plate has been considered, but the fact is that its practical application is still delayed due to cost.

An electrode plate used in an electrolyzer for sludge, etc., in which a large number of positive and negative electrode plates are arranged in parallel in the tank, and a fixed interval is maintained through a spacer composed of electrically defective conductors such as synthetic resin. While being fastened together, one of the upper edge corners of each electrode plate is detachably fixed to a support arm that laterally protrudes and has an energizing cable to the electrode plate. A notch is provided at a position facing the mounting portion of the support arm, and the support arm and the notch are arranged in parallel so as to face each other.

Therefore, in order to install this in the electrolytic cell, the arm of the electrode plate which is fastened to form a unit is placed on the upper edge of the side wall of the electrolytic cell, and then the energizing cable is connected to the power supply plate. When the electrode plate is consumed, the unit-shaped electrode plate can be lifted up by taking off the connection between the current-carrying plate and the current-carrying cable, and can be taken out from the electrolytic cell. Therefore, it is possible to replace only a part of the electrode plate, which has been disassembled and consumed, with a new electrode plate. This operation is simple, and the distance pieces, clamps, energizing cables, terminals, etc. other than the consumed electrode plates can be reused and are economically effective.

The arm 4, the energizing cable, and the reference numeral 5 are notches provided at the upper corner on the opposite side of the electrode arm 3. That is, the electrode arm 3 and the energizing cable 4 are provided in one corner of the upper edge in a square shape, and the electrode plate 1 and the spacer 8 which are notched in the other corner are connected to the tie rod 9.
It was concluded in. Reference numeral 6 denotes an electrolytic cell, and the block of the electrode plates fastened as described above is installed by being suspended by the electrode arm 1 on the upper edge of the electrolytic cell 6. Next, the block of the electrode plate 1 will be described in detail.
The single unit of is constructed as shown in FIG. 3, and the electrode plate 1 constructed in this way has a mounting hole for the electrode arm 3 at its upper corner.
The electrode block is constructed by arranging 13 and the notch 5 in parallel so as to face each other and being fastened by a spacer 8 and a tie rod 9 which are inserted into a fastening hole 7 as shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, reference numeral 10 is a tie washer, 11 is a tightening bolt, and 12 is a tie cap. The notch 5 provided at the upper corner of the electrode plate is provided to prevent the electrode arm 3 from being worn down by energization, and the opposing positive electrode plate and negative electrode plate have a spacer 8 therebetween. Are insulated from each other.
