[実施例] 第1図、第2図は本考案のチョッパ折装置Aの機構を示
す。図示省略した折機の折胴で横折りされた折丁1は案
内ベルト2で挟まれて、左側のチョッパ折装置Aに順次
送り込まれる。このチョッパ折装置Aは第1図、第2図
に示すように、外周に歯車3a、4aを形成した回転自在な
円盤3、4を支持し、同円盤3、4にタイミングベルト
15を係合せしめ、円盤3または4のどちらか一方を折胴
駆動系(図示省略)から駆動されるようになっている。
また、第3図において円盤3と円盤4は同一偏心位置に
ある偏心ピン5および6を装着し、ペアリング8を介し
てチョッパブレード7を装着している。したがって、チ
ョッパブレード7は蒸気機関車の車輪を連結する連結桿
の如く、回転運動を行い、ベルト2によって移送された
折丁1を2つ折りの折丁に押圧することができる。この
チョッパブレード7の直下には2つ折りの折丁を挟持す
る一対のニップローラ10が図示省略したハウジングに支
持され、一対ベルト11を介して下方向に前記折丁を配送
するようになっている。
