[Prior art]

A seat cushion pad of a conventional vehicle seat cushion has, for example, a configuration shown in FIGS. 11 to 14. That is, an effective seat portion 101, which is a substantially flat surface that forms a seating surface, and a cushion side portion 103 that protrudes with a circumferential groove 102, are integrally provided around the effective seat portion 101 except the front side. It is configured as an elastic body and is supported in close contact with the supporting surface of the cushion frame 104 having rigidity. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the effective seat portion 101 is apparently divided into a front seat portion 106 and a rear seat portion 107 by a lateral groove 105 formed in a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction thereof. The entire surface of the seat cushion pad 108 is covered with a surface seat cover (not shown).

[Problems to be solved by the device]

In the conventional seat cushion pad 108 as described above, the seat cushion pad 108 at the portion that receives the buttocks and thighs of the seated person is approximately the same in thickness, so that the seat pressure when seated is also as shown in FIG. ~ Like the pressure lines MA, MB, and MC shown in Fig. 17, it becomes a gentle one without almost uniform peak value of the isobar pitch, so you can feel the feeling of sinking in the whole body, and the cushioning feeling is thin in the seated state. There is a problem that it is uncomfortable to sit in, because it has a feeling of bottoming out and side pressure, which is a feeling of pressure from the side.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the purpose thereof is to reduce the feeling of bottoming and lateral pressure at the time of sitting without impairing the flatness of the seating surface. It is an object of the present invention to provide a seat cushion pad structure that is comfortable to sit on.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention integrally includes an effective seat portion that forms a seating surface and a cushion side portion that is protruded with a circumferential groove at the periphery except the front side of the effective seat portion. A lateral groove is formed in the center of the seating surface of the effective seat in the front-rear direction, and the seat cushion pad is made of an elastic body supported by a cushion frame having rigidity on the lower surface side. The rear surface of the rear seat, which is located behind the lateral groove, is in contact with the support surface of the cushion frame, which has a large thickness at a portion corresponding to directly below the seat bone of the seated person. It forms a top part, and on the front, back, left and right of this top part, a valley part that rises from the support surface of the cushion frame due to the gradual decrease of the wall thickness from the top part is formed, and it is located in front of the lateral groove. On the lower surface of the front seat, a ridge that is thick and abuts on the support surface of the cushion frame is formed in the portion directly below the thigh of the seated person. The gradual decrease in the wall thickness of the cushion frame forms a valley portion that rises above the support surface of the cushion frame.

[Action]

According to the above-mentioned means, the seating surface is substantially flat, but on the lower surface of the rear seat portion, the portion corresponding to directly below the seat bone of the seated person is thick and the top portion is in contact with the support surface of the cushion frame. Since there are valleys on the front and rear and on the left and right of the top that rise gradually from the support surface of the cushion frame due to the gradual decrease in wall thickness from the top, even if the top is greatly compressed by the buttocks when sitting, the rear seat The depression of the buttocks to the seat surface does not become deep, and since the elastic deformation is allowed by the valleys floating from the support surface, the lateral pressure on the buttocks is reduced and the cushioning property is maintained. To be done.

Further, the seating surface of the front seat portion is also substantially flat, but on the lower surface thereof, there is a ridge portion having a large thickness and abutting against the support surface of the cushion frame at a portion corresponding to directly below the thigh portion of the seated person. There are valleys on the left and right of this ridge that rise up from the support surface of the cushion frame due to the gradual decrease in wall thickness from the ridge, so when operating the vehicle, such as when depressing the pedal, the ridge is raised by the thigh. Even if the part is compressed, the thigh does not sink deeply into the seat surface of the front seat, and since the valleys floating from the support surface allow elastic deformation, The pressure from the side is reduced and the cushioning property is maintained.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. FIG. 2 shows a perspective view mainly of the seat cushion pad 1 for forming a seat cushion. In FIG. 2, the seat cushion pad 1 integrally includes an effective seat portion 2 that serves as a seating surface, and a cushion side portion 4 that protrudes with a circumferential groove 3 around the effective seat portion 2 except the front side thereof. The elastic body is integrally molded of urethane foam or the like and is supported on the supporting surface 6 of the cushion frame 5 having rigidity.

As shown in FIG. 2, the effective seat portion 2 of the seat cushion pad 1 is apparently divided into a front seat portion 8 and a rear seat portion 9 by a lateral groove 7 formed in a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction. The surface is constructed as a substantially flat design surface. The support surface 6 that supports the rear seat portion 9 of the cushion frame 5 is formed as a curved surface that is gently recessed toward the center as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and the support surface 6 that supports the front seat portion 8 is As shown in FIG. 5, it is formed in a substantially flat surface. As shown in FIG. 1, the lower surface of the seat cushion pad 1 supported by the supporting surface 6 does not have a planar structure or a surface structure corresponding to the supporting surface 6, but has a slightly complicated hilly curved surface structure.

That is, the lower surface of the rear seat portion 9 of the seat cushion pad 1 is a portion of the seat bones of the seated person (a pair of left and right bones constituting the pelvis, which are located in the lower rear part of the buttocks and support the body when sitting). ) Corresponding to the portion immediately below () (see a portion in FIGS. 2 and 3), a top portion 10 having a large wall thickness and abutting against the support surface 6 of the cushion frame 5 is formed. A valley portion 11 that is lifted from the support surface 6 of the cushion frame 5 is formed by the gradual reduction of the wall thickness from the top portion 10. As shown in FIG. 3, the valley portion 11 formed between the two top portions 10 is lifted from the curved support surface 6 of the cushion frame 5, and the support surface 6 forms a mountain-shaped space 12. Further, the valleys 11 formed on the sides of the respective tops 10 float up from the sides of the support surface 6 of the cushion frame 5, and together with the support surface 6 form a space 13 having a substantially triangular cross section.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, the lower surface of the front seat portion 8 is in contact with the supporting surface 6 of the cushion frame 5 having a thick thickness at a portion corresponding to the position just below the thigh of the seated person. The ridge portion 14 is formed in the front-rear direction, and on the left and right sides of the ridge portion 14, valley portions 15 that are lifted from the support surface 6 of the cushion frame 5 due to the gradual decrease of the wall thickness from the ridge portion 14 are formed. The peak portion 14 is continuous with the apex portion 10 in a ridge shape, and the valley portion 15 is also continuous with the valley portion 11 by forming a valley. As shown in FIG. 5, the valley portion 15 formed between the two peak portions 14 rises from the support surface 6 of the cushion frame 5 and forms a mountain-shaped space 16 with the support surface 6. The valley is shallower than the valley 11 of the rear seat portion 9. The entire surface of the seat cushion pad 1 is covered with a front seat cover (not shown), and the edge of the covered front seat cover is fixed to the end of the cushion frame 5 to form a seat cushion (not shown). To be done.

In the seat cushion having the above structure, the seat pressure at the time of sitting is determined by the pad thickness of the seat cushion pad 1 at the lower buttocks and lower thighs as shown by the pressure lines LA, LB, and LC shown in FIGS. There is a space 12, 13, 16 between the reduction of the pad thickness and the support surface 6 that allows elastic deformation, as it becomes the peak at the thick top portion 10 and the peak portion 14, and the pad thickness gradually decreases. Taper off. The relationship between the pad thickness and the deflection is shown in the graph of Fig. 7. The thicker the pad, the greater the deflection and the higher the seat pressure. Therefore, the isobaric line provides a sitting pressure distribution as shown by the sitting pressure line LA in FIG. 8, the sitting pressure at the apex 10 corresponding to the ischium portion reaches a peak, and the sitting pressure in the lateral direction gradually decreases. The seat pressure at the ridge portion 14 corresponding to the thigh gradually decreases from the peak toward the front at a slightly lower ridge.

That is, in the seat cushion using the seat cushion pad 1 of this example, the buttocks do not deeply sink into the seating surface of the rear seat portion 9, and the valley portion 11 that floats from the support surface 6 is not provided. Because elastic deformation is allowed, the lateral pressure on the buttocks is reduced and the cushioning property is maintained. Also, with respect to the front seat portion 8, even if the ridge portion 14 is compressed by the thigh portion due to, for example, a pedal depression operation during vehicle operation, the thigh portion does not deeply sink into the seating surface of the front seat portion 8. In addition, since the elastic deformation is allowed by the valley portion 15 floating from the support surface 6, the lateral pressure on the thigh is reduced and the cushioning property is maintained. Therefore, the feeling of side pressure and the feeling of bottoming can be reduced without impairing the flatness of the seating surface of the seat cushion pad 1, and the sitting comfort is improved. Moreover, since the unevenness of the lower surface that cannot be seen reduces the extra thickness of the seat cushion pad 1, it can contribute to the weight reduction.

[Effect of device]

As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the present invention, the feeling of lateral pressure and the feeling of bottoming at the time of sitting can be reduced without impairing the flatness of the sitting surface, and the sitting comfort is improved.
