In the spout welding process, first, the paper container 1 sent to the spout welding device section 4 by the conveyor 6 is driven by the plate cam 27 of the container lift cam mechanism B mounted on the line shaft 12. When the rod 30 moves upward, the pushing bar 31a at the upper end of the connecting rod 31 connected to the upper part of the rod 30
Is pushed up in the claw 6a of the conveyor 6 in the vertical direction, the mandrel 25 is fitted into the upper opening of the paper container 1, and the temporarily attached liquid spout 2 is attached to the ultrasonic welder 2
The second vibration horn 22c is set at a position facing the recess 22d at the tip.

The slide table is a bell crank 4 for pressurization.
When it is pushed by 8, the tip surface of the vibration horn 22c in the high temperature state comes into pressure contact with the outer peripheral portion of the spout mounting hole 1b of the paper container 1,
The pressure spring 36 keeps the pressed state and heats for a certain period of time, so that the flare portion 1a of the liquid spout 2 and the paper container 1 are poured between the mandrel 25 and the tip surface of the vibration horn 22c. The liquid spout 2 is attached by pressing the outer peripheral portion of the outlet mounting hole 1b and welding the flare portion 1a to the inner surface of the container.

The paper container 1 to which the liquid spout 2 has been attached is driven by the plate cam 27 of the container lift cam mechanism B and is connected to the upper part of the rod 30 which moves downward.
2 is scraped off from the mandrel 25 by a U-shaped claw 33 provided at the upper end of the paper 2, guided by the claw 6a of the conveyor 6, and lowered to a position where the bottom of the paper container 1 comes into contact with the rail 7,
It is conveyed to the conveyor 6 which has finished the rest period and sent to the liquid filling step and the top seal step which are the subsequent steps.

Thus, the sucker actuating cam mechanism A,
The plate cams 15, 27, 34, 37 used in the container lift cam mechanism B, the vibration horn feed cam mechanism C, and the vibration horn pressurization cam mechanism D are driven by the line shaft 1 for driving.
Since it is pivotally attached to 2 and interlocked, the welding work of the liquid spout can be speeded up with a simple structure.

On the other hand, in the spout welding process, the paper container 1 conveyed by a spout detection sensor (not shown).
When it is detected that the liquid pouring port 2 is not temporarily attached to the end of the driven arm 44 via the bridge member 49, the photoelectric switch operates to extend the pressurizing operation canceling air cylinder 50. By pushing up the portion against the spring 45, the engagement between the roller 44a of the driven arm 44 and the plate cam 37 is released, and the vibration horn 22c of the ultrasonic welder 22 is not pressed. It is like this.

As described above, the temporary spouting device for a paper container according to the present invention is provided with a spout mounting hole for a paper container.
The liquid spout which is sucked and held on the football paper containers
When inserting from the inner surface side and temporarily attaching it, paper
Hold the bottom of each corner of the container to hold the paper container.
It is transported intermittently and carried to a substantially predetermined position on the spout temporary attachment device section.
Position correction air is placed above one corner of the sent paper container.
By bringing the correction tool into contact with the cylinder, it is possible to connect the correction tool with the correction tool without raising or lowering the paper container in the temporary spouting process.
By the bare nails, while accurately retain its shape while correcting the position of the paper container, the positioning of the spout mounting hole line fail, but it is possible to reliably temporarily bonded liquid spout. And, compared with the conventional one that used the lifting device,
Since the number of parts is small and the structure is simple, it is easy to manufacture, there are few malfunctions, and it is possible to prevent an accident due to lifting and lowering of the paper container. Furthermore, since the correction tool of the correction device is laterally fed and brought into contact with the relatively strong corner portion of the paper container, the paper container is not easily damaged.
