However, among these prior art devices,
Since the ones disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 79 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-96117 consist of a pair of electrodes which are engaged in the bare portion of the electric wire in the radial direction, the electric wire or the electrode is used as the bare part of the electric wire. It is not possible to confirm whether or not the bare portion has been reliably peeled off in the axial direction unless it moves relatively in the axial direction along the entire length of. For this reason, it is not possible to efficiently perform the work of confirming the stripping of the coating.

Also, other prior art devices have a pair of electrodes that engage the bare portion of the stripped wire in the axial direction at spaced intervals, so check the axial stripping condition. However, in each case, the electric wire is passed between the pair of confirmation electrodes one by one to check the stripped state of the electric wire, so the electric wire group in which a plurality of electric wires are arranged in parallel is processed at once. In this case, since it is necessary to spread these coated electric wires to each other and check the stripped state one by one, the efficiency of the confirmation work is low and the stripping of the coating can be performed collectively.
It cannot be used in association with the device described in Japanese Patent No. 226211.

Also, since the confirmation electrodes are provided deep inside the dents of the pair of insulating support plates, even if there is some misalignment between the bare parts of multiple wires, the bare parts of the wires can be reliably contacted with the verification electrodes. In addition, the confirmation electrode consists of a U-shaped conductive wire that is attached to the back of this dent so that it can contact the length of the bare part in the axial direction and is good for the confirmation electrode. Contact can be maintained, so that no failure of the stripping verification work will occur.

Further, a plurality of pairs of confirmation electrodes 18, 18 'are provided as a pair of insulating support plates 30, 30' as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 (A) and (B).
From the comb tooth-shaped dents 30a, 30'a provided on the lower edge and the conductors 32, 32 'mounted in the U-shape behind the dents 30a, 30'a of the insulating support plates 30, 30'. Consists of these conductors
The reference numerals 32 and 32 'are formed by stripping off the coating on the tips of the insulating lead wires 34 and 34'. In the illustrated embodiment, the U-shaped conductors 32, 32 'are connected to the through holes 30b, 3'of the insulating support plates 30, 30'.
Although it is attached by being attached in a loop shape through 0'b, it is not limited to the loop shape as long as the ends of the conductive wires 32, 32 'can be fixed and attached by appropriate means. It should be noted that the distance D between the confirmation electrodes 18 and 18 'of each pair is determined by the coating 12a of the coated electric wire 12.
Is set to d> D with respect to the length d of the stripped bare portion 12b, but if D is too small with respect to d, the confirmation of stripping of the coating is insufficient, but D is D may be sufficiently smaller than d as long as it is sufficiently longer than the required length and has a margin. In addition, the distance between the adjacent pair of confirmation electrodes 18, 18 ', that is, the distance between the depressions 30a, 30'a is such that the plurality of covered electric wires 1
Corresponds to 2 aligned spacing, but indents 30a, 3

If the coatings of all the covered electric wires 12 are peeled off as prescribed, conduction is established between the confirmation electrodes 18 and 18'of all pairs,
Therefore, it is confirmed that the detector 36 surely stripped the coating on the bare portion 12b. Also, there is only one covered electric wire
If there is a peeling defect even with 12, the corresponding pair of confirmation electrodes 18,
There is no conduction between 18 '. If the confirmation electrodes 18 and 18 'are connected as shown in FIG.
Since only 36 is not driven, it is confirmed which insulated wire is defective in stripping. If the confirmation electrodes 18 and 18 'are connected as shown in Fig. 5 (B), the detector 36 will be driven. It is confirmed that one of the insulated wires 12 is not peeled off.

A plurality of pairs of confirmation electrodes 18 and 18 'include a pair of insulating support plates 30 and 3
Since the confirmation device main body 20 descends toward the electric wire 12, the plural electric wires are provided because they are provided at the back of the dents 30a, 30'a of 0 '.
Even if there are some irregularities in the intervals between the 12 bare parts 12b, the wires 12
The bare portion 12b of the is guided along the walls of the depressions 30a, 30'a to ensure contact with the verification electrodes 18, 18 '. In addition, the confirmation electrodes 18 and 18 'are dents 30b and 3b of the insulating support plates 30 and 30'.
The conductors 32, 32 'are attached to the back of 0'b in a U-shape, so that the conductors 32, 32' are 12 of the bare portion of the wire 12.
It is possible to maintain good contact with the confirmation electrodes 18 and 18 'by contacting the lengthwise portion of b.

In the above embodiment, even if the distance D between the confirmation electrodes 18 and 18 'is smaller than the length d of the bare portion 12b of the wire, the confirmation electrode 1
By peeling 8, 18 'and the bare portion 12b of the wire relative to each other in the axial direction of the bare portion 12b by a distance (Dd), the stripped state of the bare portion 12b can be confirmed over the entire length of the bare portion 12b. . Even in this case, as compared with the case where the confirmation electrodes 18 and 18 'are arranged in the radial direction of the bare portion 12b, the confirmation electrode 1
This is advantageous because the relative moving distance between the 8 and 18 'and the bare portion 12b can be considerably reduced.
