板構造とはいえ脱穀装置を覆うだけの大きな部品である
から、その機体振動に呼応して天板の水平方向での移動
・ガタ付き現象が他の部品に波及してそれらの振動を引
起す原因になっていた。又、第1図に示すように、回転
胴に螺旋扱歯(9a)を巻回した軸流型の扱胴(9)の場
合には前記天板(12)の内面に沿って脱穀処理物が搬送
され、先の実願昭63-126482号で提案したようにこの脱
穀処理物を案内する送塵弁(29)が天板(12)の内面に
設けられることもあり、このように天板に脱穀処理物の
案内機能を持たせたものでは、前記したような天板の移
動・ガタ付きがあると、脱穀処理物の案内機能を著しく
阻害することになって、何れにしても、天板の移動・ガ
タ付きは好ましいことではなかった。
