Further, as a slip-on type pipe joint provided with a separation preventing function, a lock ring is attached to a lock ring accommodating groove formed on the inner circumference of the receiving port and inserted into this receiving port. It is known that a protrusion is provided on the outer periphery of the tip of the insertion opening to prevent the insertion opening from being removed from the receiving opening by engaging with the lock ring. With the separation prevention pipe joint having such a configuration, when the insertion port is inserted into the receiving port, the diameter of the lock ring is temporarily increased by using the inclined surface formed at the tip of the protrusion of the insertion port as a guide. The protrusion can pass through the inside of the lock ring toward the rear side of the receiving port.

In this type of separation prevention pipe joint, the inner diameter of the open end of the receiving port is formed large in order to allow passage of the projection at the tip of the insertion port. Therefore, when joining of the joint is completed, a gap of a certain size is created between the inner circumference of the opening end of the receiving opening and the outer circumference of the insertion opening. Can be given.

According to the above construction, since the gap between the outer periphery of the insertion opening and the inner peripheral surface of the opening of the receiving opening is filled by the bending preventing projection, the receiving opening and the insertion opening are allowed to bend to each other. The range is kept to a minimum and the structure does not bend even when an external force is applied. In addition, by operating the screw body, this can be corrected when the bending prevention protrusions excessively enter the receiving port at the time of joining the joint. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the bending prevention protrusion enters the inner circumference of the sealing material in the receiving port and deforms the sealing material, thereby deteriorating the sealing function.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the gap between the outer periphery of the insertion opening and the inner peripheral surface of the opening of the receiving opening is filled by the bending preventing projection, the structure is simple, The allowable range in which the receiving port and the insertion port bend to each other can be minimized, and it can be configured not to bend even when an external force is applied, and the separation prevention pipe joint is arranged in a curved pipe place. In this case, not only can a good joining relationship be maintained, but by operating the screw body, this can be corrected if the bending prevention protrusions excessively enter the receiving port during joint joining. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of a situation in which the bending prevention protrusion enters the inner circumference of the sealing material in the receiving port and deforms the sealing material, thereby deteriorating the sealing function.

1. A lock ring is mounted in a lock ring receiving groove formed on the inner periphery of the receiving opening, and the lock ring is engaged with the outer periphery of the tip of the insertion opening inserted into the receiving opening from the receiving opening. A protrusion is provided to prevent the insertion opening from coming off, and the tip of the insertion opening is moved inside the receiving opening when the insertion opening is going to move further into the receiving opening than the position where the insertion opening can be engaged with the lock ring. A means for contacting with and restricting its movement is provided, and the insertion opening and the receiving opening are filled with a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the insertion opening and the inner peripheral surface of the opening of the receiving opening. Form a bending prevention protrusion to prevent the bending of the receiving end, and form a protrusion facing the end surface of the receiving opening on the outer surface of the insertion opening, and screw out from this projection to press the end surface of the receiving opening to insert the insertion opening. By removing a proper amount from the receptacle, a screw body is provided to correct excessive entry of the bending prevention protrusion into the receptacle. Disengagement prevention pipe fittings.
