【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、粘土材料、セメント系材料、その他無機質混
練材料を押出成形し、その後、凹凸加工を施す押出成形
装置に関するものである。さらに詳しくは、押出成形さ
れた成形品に変形なく模様を付与する押出成形装置に関

以下に図面を用いて本発明に係る押出成形装置の一実施
例について詳細に説明する。第1図〜第3図は上記押出
成形装置1を示す説明図であり、図においてαは無機質
混練材料で、例えば陶石、長石、カオリナイト、ハロサ
イト、メタハロサイト、木節粘土、蛙目粘土、信楽粘土
などを打ち砕き、水を加えて練り上げた粘土材料、ある
いはセメント材料、もしくはこれらに石綿、岩綿等の鉱
物繊維、炭素繊維、スチール繊維、有機繊維、ガラス繊
維、木片チップ、シャモット、ビーズ等の骨材を混入し
たものである。2は押出機で、例えば真空土練機、一
軸、二軸押出成形機であり、無機質混練材料αを混練
し、圧力をかけることによって押出成形を行うものであ
る。この押出機2の先端には無機質混練材料αを所定形
状にするための型である成型ダイス3が装着され、例え
ば第4図(a)〜(f)に示すような押出成形品Aとし
て押し出すものである。4は搬送部であり、押出機2よ
り押し出された押出成形品Aを支持すると共に左右方向
への曲がりを矯正する部分である。5は凹模様加工機で
あり、6はシリンダ、7はピストン、8は引っ欠き部、
9は引っ欠き棒、10は電磁ソレノイド、11はタイマーで
ある。さらに詳説すると、シリンダ6はエア、油圧等よ
りピストン7を駆動させ、引っ欠き部8の引っ欠き棒9
を押出成形品Aの流れ方向に対して略直交するように化
粧面Bに対して平行に往復運動させ、引っ欠き棒9の先
端により押出成形品Aの化粧面Bに凹模様Cを形成する
ものである。またシリンダ6は、図示しないが、押出機
2、あるいは固定台上に凹模様Cの深さ、位置、形状等
により適宜固定されているものである。さらに凹模様C
の形成形状は引っ欠き棒9の形状、本数、押出成形品A
の押し出しスピード、ピストン7の往復スピード、往復
間隔等により変わるものであり、例えば第5図(a)〜
(m)に示すように形成できるものである。また引っ欠
き棒9の材質としては、押出成形品Aの素材によっても
異なるが、金属、合成樹脂材、あるいはセラミックより
