以下に図面を用いて本発明に係る押出成形装置の一実施
例について詳細に説明する。第1図〜第3図は上記押出
成形装置上を示す説明図であり、図においてαは無機質
混線材料で、例えば陶石、長石、カオリナイト、ハロサ
イト、メタハロサイト、末節粘土、蛙目粘土、信楽粘土
などを打ち砕き、水を加えて練り上げた粘土材料、ある
いはセメント材料、もしくはこれらに石綿、岩綿等の鉱
物繊維、炭素繊維、スチール繊維、有機繊維、ガラス繊
維、木片チップ、シャモット、ビー、ズ等の骨材を混入
したものである。叢は押出機で、例えば真空土練機、−
軸、二軸押出成形機であり、無機質混線材料αを混練し
、圧力をかけることによって押出成形を行うものである
。この押出機Iの先端には無機質混線材料αを所定形状
にするための型である成型ダイス3が装着され、例えば
第4図(a)〜(f)に示すような押出成形品Aとして
押し出すものである。4は搬送部であり、押出機lより
押し出された押出成形品Aを支持すると共に左右方向へ
の曲がりを矯正する部分である。工は凹模様加工機であ
り、6はシリンダ、7はピストン、8は引っ欠き部、9
は引っ欠き棒、10は電磁ソレノイド、11はタイマー
である。さらに詳説すると、シリンダ6はエア、油圧等
よりピストン7を駆動させ、引っ欠き部8の引っ欠き棒
9を押出成形品Aの流れ方向に対して略直交するように
化粧面Bに対して平行に往復運動させ、引っ欠き棒9の
先端により押出成形品Aの化粧面Bに凹模様Cを形成す
るものである。またシリンダ6は、図示しないが、押出
機量、あるいは固定台上に凹模様Cの深さ、位置、形状
等により適宜固定されているものである。さらに凹模様
Cの形成形状は引っ欠き棒9の形状、本数、押出成形品
Aの押し出しスピード、ピストン7の往復スピード、往
復間隔等により変わるものであり、例えば第5図(a)
〜(ホ)に示すように形成できるものである。また引っ
欠き棒9の材質としては、押出成形品Aの素材によって
も異なるが、金属、合成樹脂材、あるいはセラミックよ
りなるものである。
