2. Description of the Related Art When a product is sold to consumers, a packaging material is used to protect the product from the outside, to enhance the design and value of the product, and to maintain the quality of the product. . At present, the number of plastic packaging materials is increasing in terms of price, function and productivity. Particularly in the food field, from the standpoint of consumer protection, multi-functional packaging materials are required under the conditions where the regulation of additives is becoming more strict and the preservation of freshness is required. For this reason, it is necessary to form various resins into multiple layers in the packaging material, and the number of processing steps required in the conventional dry laminating method and extrusion laminating method is large. Most of the packaging materials are usually printed,
Further, edible packaging materials are rarely printed directly on the surface in the past, and when multilayered, another film is laminated on the printed surface of the film so that the printed surface is on the inside. This has been carried out for the purpose of preventing the mixture of the ink into foods due to the falling off of the ink and improving the design problem that the surface of the printed ink is not glossy. The co-extrusion method is a method of laminating various resins in a sheet forming die in a molten state, and since it is impossible to print inside the film, when printing is necessary, other printed films are co-extruded. A method such as dry laminating on a multi-layer film is used. Depending on the application, it may be printed directly on the surface of the co-extruded film, but it is not expected to have the effect of increasing the commercial value only for the purpose of simply identifying the content in some business applications. In addition, laminating another film causes problems such as an increase in cost and a decrease in moldability of a conventional coextrusion film.

The present invention is a packaging material characterized by printing an ink on the surface of a plastic film and further coating a transparent resin film thereon,
A plastic film is a coextruded multilayer film, and is a packaging material in which a transparent resin film is coated only on the ink printed portion and its periphery (hereinafter referred to as a partial top coat). The plastic film used in the present invention is various monolayer films and multilayer films used in the field of packaging, and it is a coextruded multilayer film that is expected to have the effect of the present invention. Further, as the ink, those currently used for various purposes are used. When printing the ink, the wettability may be improved by corona treatment or the like on the film surface in consideration of adhesion. The transparent resin film used in the present invention is a mixture of oils and fats, resins, auxiliary agents and the like having a composition other than the colorant used in the printing ink, and the type of each component can be changed depending on the application.

When coating a transparent resin film,
Depending on the application in the food field and the like, the odor of the residual solvent used in coating may be a problem, and in that case, partial topcoat is desirable. By coating a transparent resin film on the printed ink, it is possible to prevent the conventional ink from falling off, improve the lack of gloss on the ink surface, and enable packaging with high commercial value. Further, since the printed film is conventionally laminated, the cost may increase, and depending on the packaging form, deep drawing may not be possible due to deterioration of formability, but when printing directly on the film surface as in the present invention, Now printing films can be used for applications that are not possible.
