からの衝突・衝撃吸収部材において硬質ポリウレタンフ
ォームからなる衝撃吸収体を自由発泡体から切り出し成
形し該衝撃吸収体の表面を合成樹脂フィルムで包着する
ことによって硬質ポリウレタンフォームの粉末脱落を防
止したことを特徴とする車輌用側突衝撃吸収体の製造方
法。
