Abstract

PURPOSE:To assuredly prevent rain water or the like entering from the air outlet of a burner unit from falling on the main body of the burner unit by providing in a heating outdoor machine chamber a trough member for guiding the water entering from the air outlet of burner unit to the external part of the heating outdoor machine chamber. CONSTITUTION:A main burner unit 28 is provided with a trough member 31 extending downward from the lower end of an air outlet part 30. The trough member 31 is formed by bending a sheet metal having the dimension of width H of the air outlet part 30. A sheet surface 31a covering one side surface of the main burner unit 28 is formed in an irregular shape because of a pipe 28a for a pipeline disposed in the periphery of the main burner unit 28. The lower end part of the trough member 31 is bent in a substantially U shape to form a trough groove 33, so that water flowing down through the sheet surface 31a reaches the lower surface of the trough member 31 and is guided. Thus, the rain water or the like entering from the air outlet 30 of the burner unit is guided to the external part of a heating outdoor machine through the trough groove 33.

However, rainwater, etc., will not contact the plate surface 31 of the gutter member 31.
The gutter groove 3 formed on the lower end of the gutter groove 3 guided by a.
Collected to 3. Since the gutter groove 33 is inclined on the side of the cooling outdoor unit chamber 4, it flows to the cooling outdoor unit chamber 4 along the inclination and falls to the peripheral portion of the propeller fan 11.

Therefore, even if the gutter member is slightly deformed by the heat of the burner unit or the like, the gutter groove reliably guides rainwater and the like to the peripheral portion of the propeller fan 11 in the outdoor unit room for cooling. Even if the gutter member is slightly deformed, rainwater and the like are reliably prevented from falling into the outdoor unit for heating.
Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent rainwater or the like that has entered from the exhaust port of the burner unit from splashing on the burner unit main body 28 and other devices in the heating outdoor unit.
