Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the design effect of a product after the bonding of a plastic part and to obtain the sufficient bonding strength of a welded bonded part in an induction heating weld sheet used in the bonding of the plastic part. CONSTITUTION:A resin layer 6 containing no inductive element is laminated to a welding resin layer 4 wherein inductive elements 2 are added to a thermoplastic resin sheet matrix 1 to form a two-layered structure. The material quality of the welding resin layer 4 is made same to that of one plastic part and the material quality of the resin layer 6 for a composite layer is made same to that of other plastic part. Further, if necessary, the resin layer 6 is properly colored.

Induction heating is a method in which a high frequency magnetic field is passed through a derivative (mainly a metal) to heat the derivative, and a welding sheet X having a structure in which the above derivative 2 is contained in the sheet base material 1 is used. As shown in FIG. 7, when a high frequency magnetic field is applied by interposing between the plastic part A and the transparent plastic part B, the welding sheet X having the derivative 2 is heated and the plastic part A and the welding sheet X are welded. By the way, in the conventional induction heating welding sheet as described above, as shown in FIG. 7, the design side of the product formed by welding and joining the transparent plastic parts is transparent. When it is on the plastic part side, the retained color (the color of the base material itself and the color of the derivative) of the welded sheet may be visible through the transparent plastic part, which may cause a problem in appearance (appearance). .

Further, the strength of the welded joint of the product can be secured by adjusting the base material of the welded sheet to the material of the plastic part to be joined. However, when joining plastic parts of different materials, the welded sheet is used. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to sufficiently secure the strength of the welded joint on the side of the plastic component made of a material different from the base metal.

Since the induction heating welding sheet of the present invention has a multi-layer structure of the welding resin layer containing the derivative and the resin layer not containing the derivative, the color of the sheet base material and the derivative can be hidden.
It can also be adapted to the material of the plastic parts to be joined.

FIG. 2B shows an example of forming a multi-layer by printing a resin-based ink. A sheet base material 1 containing a derivative 2 is fed by a feed roll 9 to a printing plate having a printing pad 10. The sheet base material 5 for the colored (ink) layer, that is, the composite layer is formed by feeding the resin-based ink from the ink supply unit 12 to the sheet 11 and printing it.

The welded sheet formed as described above is used for joining plastic parts A and B made of different materials, for example, as shown in FIG. At that time, the sheet base material 1 of the welded resin layer 4 is made of a resin similar to that of the component A to be welded, and the sheet base material 5 of the resin layer 6 for the composite layer is made of a resin similar to that of the other component B. . Thereby, sufficient welding strength of the welded joint portion can be obtained, and the welded resin layer 4
It is possible to hide the color of the sheet base material 1 and the derivative 2, and it is possible to eliminate the problem in appearance due to the retained color of the welding sheet.

That is, the sheet base material 1 of the welding resin layer 4 does not include a coloring material, and the sheet base material 5 for the composite layer is colored as necessary. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, when the design side of the product completed by fusion-bonding the transparent plastic component B to the plastic component A is the transparent plastic component B side, the retained color of the welding sheet causes a problem in appearance. Even if it occurs, the appearance can be corrected by appropriately coloring the resin layer 6 for the composite layer. Further, by intentionally coloring the resin layer 6, the resin layer 6 can be used for a color arrangement design.

Next, the improvement of the above-mentioned welded joint strength will be described. As mentioned above, the plastic parts A to be joined
Even if the materials of B and B are different from each other, as shown in FIG. 4A, the welding resin layer 4 of the welding sheet X of the present embodiment is the same type of resin as the component A, and the resin layer 6 for the composite layer is By using the same type of resin as the component B, it is possible to increase the joint strength as a product after welding.

Further, even when the materials of the parts A and B are completely different resins which are mutually incompatible with each other, as shown in FIG. 4B, the welding resin layer 4 of the same kind of material as the part A and the same kind of the part B of the same kind as the part A are used. By using the welding sheet X in which the second resin layer 6b made of a material having a good compatibility with each other is interposed between the first resin layer 6a made of a material, the parts A and B have sufficient welding strength. Can be joined.

Here, because of the appearance problem of the above-mentioned welding sheet X, for example, it is conceivable that a single layer structure as in the past is obtained by mixing a dye into the welding resin layer 4 to change the retained color. In the case of this single layer, since the fibrous derivative 2 such as stainless steel contained in the welding sheet X also appears on the surface thereof, the tint cannot be covered only by coloring the base material with a pigment or the like.

Also, depending on the selection of the base material (resin) of the welding sheet X, it is necessary to use a material having a strong intrinsic color of the resin, and in this case as well, just by coloring the base material with a dye or the like, the tint will be improved. Cannot be covered.

That is, when it is desired to join the parts A and B having a relationship of A + B = 0 (not welded) with each other with as much strength as possible, a resin layer a made of a material close to the part A and a resin layer b made of a material close to the part B are used. A welding sheet X is used in which a resin layer C made of a material compatible with both resin layers a and b is interposed.
At this time, when the strength after welding is represented by 10 points, Table 1
If the relationship of A is obtained, the relationship of A + B = 8 is apparently obtained.

As described above, when joining parts A + B which are not welded at all, it is necessary to use a welding sheet having a multi-layer structure of two or more layers even if a material (resin) having a good compatibility is not found. It is possible to obtain a welded joint having various strengths.

As described above, according to the present invention, a welding resin layer containing a derivative in a sheet base material and at least one resin layer containing no derivative are laminated to form a multilayer structure. There is an effect that the appearance problem due to the retained color can be eliminated, and sufficient joining strength of the welded joint can be obtained even when joining plastic parts made of different materials.
