板2の開口部13に弁棒4を貫通させてその内端の段部

ス用の通常コイルばね6を配置し、ネジや接着材等でコ
イルばね6の反力を受けるようにストッパーリング8を
固定し、一方、弁棒4の弁座ゴム5の取付いていない反
対側には形状記憶合金製コイルばね7を配置し、コイル
ばね7の反力を受けるようにネジや接着材等でストッパ
ーリング9を弁棒4に固定して取り付けたものである。

ね力が低下するためバイアスコイルばね6のばね力が打
ち勝って弁棒4を左に移動させ弁座ゴム5とオリフィス
板2との間に充分な空隙を生じて、矢線で示す様に流出
口10’に至る流体の流路を開の状態にすることができ
る。
