2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as snow-melting agents, carbon or powders containing carbon, calcium carbonate, quicklime powder, inorganic snow-melting agents such as sodium chloride, calcium chloride and other metal oxides, urea and the like are well known. . Of these, inorganic snow-melting agents such as calcium carbonate, quick lime, sodium chloride, and calcium chloride have a remarkable snow-melting effect to some extent, but when sprayed on transportation networks such as roads, they corrode significantly to the vehicle body, etc. When the agent is used for snow melting in cultivated land, there is a possibility that residual components after snow removal may have an adverse effect on agricultural products, and there is a big problem in terms of environmental measures for its use. Carbon or powder containing carbon is sprayed as a black endothermic material on agricultural land, golf course, etc., but the snow melting speed is significantly slower than that of inorganic snow melting agents such as calcium chloride. Urea does not damage agricultural crops, etc., but has less snow-melting effect than inorganic snow-melting agents, and cannot provide satisfactory snow-melting effect.

In the method of using the snow-melting agent of the present invention, it is generally sprayed on snow, and the shape of the snow-melting agent at the time of spraying is not limited at all. That is, the shape of the snow melting agent may be powdery, or spherical, cylindrical, granular, or the like. Further, it can be used in the form of an aqueous solution. The amount to be sprayed is not particularly limited, and it is sprayed in consideration of various conditions such as the amount of snow and the temperature, but it is generally about 20 to 100 g / m 2 . You may add a small amount of additives, such as a binder, to the snow melting agent of this invention as needed. Examples of the additive include starch paste, soy whey or milk whey concentrate, sulfite waste liquor, celluloses, molasses, dextrin and the like. Further, a black carbon material such as activated carbon, carbon black or coke powder can be added to the snow melting agent of the present invention. Furthermore, a composition in which a phosphorus compound and a potassium compound are added to the snow melting agent of the present invention can be sprayed on agricultural land and the like, and this exhibits a fertilizer effect in addition to the snow melting effect.

Examples 10 to 14 and Comparative Examples 4 to 6 Table 2 shows the results of the corrosion test of the snow melting agents of the present invention and the conventional snow melting agents on carbon steel. In the steel corrosion test, a carbon steel piece (SS-41, 18 × 50 × 2.8 mm) whose surface has been polished is completely immersed in a snow melting agent solution prepared to have a predetermined concentration, and kept at room temperature (25 ° C.) for 6 days. After that, the weight loss (%) of the carbon steel was measured.

As shown in the examples, the snow melting agent of the present invention has a lower freezing temperature than the conventionally used urea, and therefore has a great effect of preventing freezing. Further, the snow melting agent of the present invention has almost no corrosiveness to metals and can be used extremely safely in any place. In addition to the freezing temperature, the snow melting effect is related to physical properties such as snow temperature (ice temperature), deliquescent, and heat of melting, and is difficult to quantitatively evaluate because it is also affected by the weather conditions during use. Since the ammonium salt used in the snow melting agent of the present invention has a high deliquescent property, snow melting effects similar to those of calcium chloride have been obtained in actual snow melting experiments in Niigata.
