Abstract

PURPOSE:To treat various waste fluids bringing about environmental pollution in various equipments along environmental standards to discard the same to the sea, rivers or ground as waste fluid treated water and to solve such a problem that various equipments require mouch installation cost or running cost and are difficult in miniaturization. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic field generator 2 is provided on the discharge side of a mixing tank 1 to which a foaming preventing device 3 is provided. Chemicals are injected into the mixing tank 1 from a chemical tank 6 and the intermediate waste fluid and ozone circulated from the magnetic field generator 2 are returned to the mixing tank 2. Ozone generated from an ozone generator 5 enters the magnetic field generator 2 and a separator 4 is provided on the discharge side of the magnetic field generator 2. When bacteria are utilized, the chemical tank 6 is replaced with a bacteria tank and decomposed ozone is used.

Description: [0001] [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to a system that can be used for treating a wide variety of waste liquids. [0002] [Prior Art] Conventionally, a precipitation filtration method, a centrifugation method, a thin film permeation method, a chemical reaction neutralization method, a microbial decomposition method, etc. have been used in a system for treating a waste liquid. [0003] [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] (a) In the precipitation filtration method, the centrifugal separation method, and the thin film filtration method, the equipment cost and running cost are high, and it is difficult to reduce the size. (B) The chemical reaction neutralization method requires a large amount of chemicals and a large amount of chemicals, and often causes secondary and tertiary treatment problems depending on the equipment. (B) In the microbial decomposition method, it takes a long processing time and it is difficult to set the conditions. The present invention is a system that can solve the above drawbacks and contribute significantly to environmental problems in water quality. [Means for Solving the Problem] The magnetic field generator (2) is provided on the discharge side of the mixing tank (1) provided with the foam preventer (3). The mixing tank (1) is filled with the chemical from the chemical tank (6), and the intermediate waste liquid and ozone circulated from the magnetic field generator (2) are also returned. Ozone generator (5)
The ozone generated from the device enters the magnetic field generator (2). A separator (4) is provided on the discharge side of the magnetic field generator (2). When using microorganisms, chemical tank (6)
Is replaced with a microbial tank, and ozone is decomposed ozone. [Operation] The waste liquid that contaminates the environment if it is flowed into a river or the sea as it is, because it passes through the magnetic field generator (5), the amount of chemicals from the chemical tank (6) is small, and the mixing tank (1 )
No bubbles increase due to the anti-foaming device (3). Ozone from the ozone generator (5) can be highly absorbed by being put into the magnetic field generator (2). Further, by providing the magnetic field generator (2) in the separator (4), a high separation effect can be obtained. [0006] [Examples] Examples of the present invention will be described below. (A) The waste liquid contained in the mixing tank (1) changes the balance of the potential in the waste liquid by circulating the magnetic field generator (2). Depending on the type of waste liquid, foaming may be severe, but a foaming preventer (3) provided in the mixing tank (1) erases a certain amount or more of foam. (B) Since the potential balance of the substance in the waste liquid is changed, the chemical effect from the chemical tank (6) is enhanced, and the chemical is easily separated. (C) When the ozone from the ozone generator (5) is put into the magnetic field generator (2), it is better absorbed in the waste liquid and the reaction is further promoted. (D) In particular, when the waste liquid contains a metal substance or the like, the metal substances can be individually separated by continuously installing the separator (4) provided with the magnetic field generator (2). [Advantages of the Invention] This is a system in which the waste liquid treatment device can be downsized and the facility cost and running cost can be greatly reduced.
This system makes it easy to recover metallic substances. This system is also effective for water treatment in pools that do not use chemicals.
