て水注入口から入れる事ができる。又錘は容器のみであ
るから軽く運搬移動する時に便利である。錘は重くなる
ほど遠心力はワイヤー(11)にかかるから回転速度の
調整によって導枠にかかる重さは少くなる錘の大きいも
のも使用出来る事になる。
