Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the erection and dismantling of a temporary scaffold. CONSTITUTION:Both sides of a scaffold body 21 and a connecting member 22 are bent in a U-shaped form, and this connecting member 22 is formed in the scaffold body 21 free of sliding motion. In addition, one end of a plate spring 26 obliquely installed upwards aslant is secured to a top face of the connecting member 22, while the other end of this plate spring 26 is projectingly installed in the upper part, forming a stopper part 28 there. In succession, the connecting member 22 is slid onto the scaffold body 21, and the stopper part 28 is fitted in a recess 29 on an inner surface of the scaffold body. At this time the connecting member 22 is secured to one end of the scaffold body 21, while if an end of the other scaffold body 21 is slid onto the one end of the connecting member 22, these scaffold bodies 21 and 21 are connected to each other through the connecting member 22.

In the conventional temporary scaffold described above, the connecting member is fixed to the end of the scaffold main body by the stopper, and the end of the other scaffold main body is fitted into one side of the connecting member. Are connected. However, since the stopper is fixed by a bolt and a nut, and positioning work of the stopper and tightening work of the bolt are required, assembly and disassembly work of the temporary scaffolding is complicated and a great deal of labor is required. Further, since the stopper and the bolt are formed so as to be detachable from the nut, the temporary scaffold may not be assembled due to lack of members or the like. Furthermore, when the bolts and nuts are rusted during disassembly, it is necessary to cut them with a welder or the like, which is very inconvenient.

As described in detail in the above one embodiment, the present invention provides the connecting member with a leaf spring, and the stopper portion is formed to be vertically movable by the elastic force of the leaf spring. Therefore, when the stopper part is attached to or detached from the recess of the scaffold body, the work of tightening the bolt on the nut is eliminated, and the temporary scaffold can be easily assembled. In addition, since the bolt and the nut are not needed, it is possible to prevent the temporary scaffold from being unassembled due to insufficient members. Further, the present invention has a great effect that the cutting work at the time of disassembling the temporary scaffold due to the rusting of the bolts and nuts is eliminated, and the labor required for assembling and disassembling the temporary scaffold can be significantly reduced.
