Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a temporary scaffold, and more particularly to a temporary scaffold whose assembly has been simplified.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional temporary scaffold of this type will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a temporary scaffold, and the temporary scaffold 1 is formed by connecting scaffold bodies 2 and 2. The scaffold main body 2 is formed of a steel plate, and has both sides bent in a U-shape. The scaffold bodies 2 are connected by a connecting member 3.
[0003]
The connecting member 3 is formed of a steel plate material, and both sides are bent in a U-shape like the scaffold bodies 2 and 2 so that the connecting member 3 can slide in the scaffold bodies 2 and 2. It is formed. The upper surface of the scaffold main body 2 is formed by cutting out notches 4, 4,... In the width direction, bending the notches 4, 4,. , ... are formed to form the beam portions 6, 6,.
[0004]
On the other hand, a nut 7 is welded to the upper surface of the connection member 3, and a stopper 9 is fixed to the connection member 3 with the nut 7 and a bolt 8. Then, both ends of the stopper 9 are bent upward in an inverted U-shape to protrude, and the both ends are fitted into concave portions 10, 10 formed on the inner surface of the girder 6 of the scaffold body 2. The connecting member 3 is fixed to one end of one scaffold main body 2.

[0006]
Thereafter, one side of the connecting member 2 is inserted into the end of the other scaffold main body 2 to connect the scaffold main bodies 2 and 2, and the temporary scaffold 1 is assembled by fixing both ends of the temporary scaffold 1.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional temporary scaffold described above, a connecting member is fixed to an end of the scaffold main body with a stopper, and an end of another scaffold main body is fitted and connected to one side of the connecting member.
However, the stopper is fixed with a bolt and a nut, and requires a work of positioning the stopper and the like and a work of tightening the bolt, so that the work of assembling and disassembling the temporary scaffold is complicated and requires a great deal of labor. Further, since the stopper and the bolt are formed so as to be detachable from the nut, the temporary scaffold may not be assembled due to a shortage of members or the like. Further, when the bolts and nuts are rusted at the time of disassembly, it is necessary to cut them with a welder or the like, which is very inconvenient.
[0008]
Therefore, there is a need to cut and disassemble the temporary scaffold without the necessity of cutting the members, and technical problems to be solved in order to prevent shortage of members arise. Aims to solve the problem.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been proposed in order to achieve the above object, and has both ends in the width direction of the scaffold main body bent in a U-shape, while both side parts of the plate-shaped connecting member are formed in a U-shape. The connecting member is formed so that it can slide and fit in the scaffold main body, and a stopper protruding upward from the upper surface of the connecting member is fixed, and the stopper is attached to the scaffold main body. The connecting member is fixed to one end of the scaffold main body by fitting into the concave portion on the inner surface of the girder part, and one side of the connecting member protrudes from the scaffold main body, and another side is connected to one side of the connecting member. In the temporary scaffold that slides and connects the ends of the scaffold body, one end of a leaf spring that is obliquely upwardly inclined on the upper surface of the connection member is fixed, and the other end of the leaf spring is connected. Are projected upward to form a stopper portion, and the stopper portion is removably fitted into a recess on the inner surface of the girder portion of the scaffold body. The the temporary scaffold is to provide cents.
[0010]
[Action]
According to the present invention, one end of the leaf spring is fixed to the upper surface of the connection member, and a stopper is formed at the other end. Therefore, since the stopper portion is formed to be vertically movable by the elastic force of the leaf spring, it can be easily fitted into and detached from the concave portion on the inner surface of the girder portion of the scaffold body.
[0011]
Therefore, when assembling the temporary scaffold, the connecting member is slid while compressing the leaf spring at the end of the scaffold body, and the compression is released at an appropriate position of the spar portion. And the connection member is fixed to the scaffold main body. Then, when one side of the connecting member fixed to the end of the scaffold main body is fitted into the end of another scaffold main body, the scaffold main bodies are connected by the connecting member, and a temporary scaffold is assembled.
[0012]
When the temporary scaffold is disassembled, if the leaf spring is compressed downward, the fitting between the stopper portion and the concave portion is released, and the connection member is detached from the scaffold main body.
[0013]
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a temporary scaffold, and as shown in FIG. 1, the temporary scaffold 20 is formed by connecting scaffold bodies 21 and 21. The scaffold main body 21 is formed of a steel plate material, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, both sides are bent in a U-shape to improve rigidity. The scaffold bodies 21 and 21 are connected by a connecting member 22.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the connecting member 22 is formed of a steel plate, and has both sides bent in a U-shape in substantially the same shape as the scaffold main bodies 21 and 21 to form the connecting member 22. It is formed so as to be slidable within the scaffold bodies 21 and 21.
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 7, the upper surface of the scaffold main body 21 has cutouts 23, 23,. Are bent in an inverted U-shape between the notches 23, 23,..., And the projections 24, 24,.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, one end of a plate spring 26 formed of a steel plate is fixed to the upper surface of the connection member 22 with rivets 27, 27. The leaf spring 26 is inclined obliquely upward, further extends forward, and is bent in an inverted U-shape with its tip protruding upward to form a stopper portion 28. The stopper portion 28 is formed to be vertically movable by the elastic force of the leaf spring 26.
[0016]
The stopper portion 28 is fitted into a concave portion 29 formed on the back surface of the girder portion 25 and urges the girder portion 25 upward, as shown in FIGS. Therefore, the connection member 22 is fixed to one end of the scaffold main body 21. One side of the connecting member 22 is fixed by projecting one side from an end of the one scaffold main body 21, and the one side is fitted into the end of the other scaffold main body 21 to form a scaffold. The main bodies 21 and 21 are connected.
[0017]
Thus, when assembling the temporary scaffold 10, first, the connecting member 22 is slid to the end of the scaffold main body 21 while compressing the leaf spring 26 of the connecting member 22 downward. Then, if the compression is released and the stopper 28 is fitted to the concave portion 29 at an appropriate position where one side of the connecting member 22 projects from the end of the scaffold main body 21, the connecting member 22 can be easily attached to the scaffold main body 21. Can be fixed to the end. .
[0018]
Further, one side of the connecting member 22 is fitted into the end of the other scaffold main body 21 to connect the scaffold main bodies 21 and 21, and the temporary scaffold 20 is assembled by fixing both ends of the temporary scaffold 20. When the scaffold main bodies 21 and 21 are disassembled, if the leaf spring 26 is compressed downward, the stopper portion 28 of the connecting member 22 is detached from the concave portion 29 of the scaffold main bodies 21 and 21 and the scaffold main bodies 21 and 21 are disassembled. And the connecting member 22 can be easily disassembled.
[0019]
The present invention can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and it goes without saying that the present invention extends to the modified ones.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail in the above embodiment, the connecting member is provided with a leaf spring, and the stopper is formed to be vertically movable by the elastic force of the leaf spring.
Therefore, when the stopper portion is attached to and detached from the concave portion of the scaffold main body, there is no need to tighten the bolt to the nut, and the temporary scaffold can be easily assembled. Further, since the bolts and nuts are not required, it is possible to prevent a situation in which a temporary scaffold cannot be assembled due to a lack of members. Furthermore, there is no need to cut the temporary scaffold due to rusting of the bolts and nuts during the disassembly work, and the present invention has a great effect such that the labor required for assembling and disassembling the temporary scaffold can be significantly reduced.
