(Prior Art) In recent years, for bearings such as high-speed rotating bearings, lubricating oil is made into fine and light oil particles, and oil is sprayed at high speed on the rolling surface and sliding surface of a bearing from a nozzle together with compressed air for lubrication. Has been taken. In particular, in high-speed rotating bearings, the heat generated by the stirring resistance of the lubricating oil causes the temperature of the bearing to rise, so a very small amount of lubricating oil is continuously supplied and the wind that accompanies the high-speed rotation of the bearing breaks through. Atomizing energy is also required. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the mixing ratio of the lubricating oil and the compressed air or to increase the pressure of the oil mist.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the method of directly sending the compressed air by communicating the compressed air supply branch pipe 26 into the oil storage container 20 as described above, the mixing ratio of the compressed air in the oil mist is increased or the oil is mixed. When increasing the pressure of the mist, the pressure inside the oil storage container 20,
The differential pressure of the compressed air supplied from the compressed air supply pipe 22 becomes small, the lubricating oil in the container 20 cannot be sucked up quantitatively, the generation of oil mist becomes uneven, and the oil mist on each bearing part However, there is a problem in that it is not supplied and causes image sticking.

(Effects of the Invention) In the oil mist supply device of the present invention, a compressed air supply pipe and an oil suction pipe are connected to the oil mist generation section, and the lubricating oil in the oil storage container is sucked up by the injection force of the compressed air and compressed. An oil mist generator that mixes to generate oil mist is installed on the upper part of the oil storage container, and one end of the oil mist delivery pipe is connected to the upper part of the oil storage container to provide the oil mist delivery. At the other end of the pipe, an auxiliary compressed air supply pipe and a plurality of auxiliary compressed air supply pipes for adjusting the pressure of the oil mist and the mixing ratio of the lubricating oil and the compressed air and sucking the oil mist in the oil storage container into the oil mist delivery pipe are provided. The bearing is connected to a supply pipe for supplying oil mist to the bearing part of the device via a connector, and the connector is connected to a negative pressure by the injection of compressed air from the compressed air supply pipe to cause oil storage. Since the oil mist in the distilling container is sucked through the oil mist delivery pipe, and the oil mist is mixed in the compressed air, it is formed so as to be conveyed by the oil mist supply pipe. It is possible to reliably suck the oil mist in the oil storage container without increasing the pressure of the oil mist, and to supply the oil mist in which the mixed state of the oil mist and the compressed air is substantially the same to a plurality of bearing portions. The mixing ratio of oil mist and compressed air can be easily adjusted.
