Is a manhole top cover, 102 is a manhole cover receiving frame that receives the manhole top cover 101, 103 is a lifting rib used to install the manhole cover receiving frame 102, and 104 is a manhole side wall on which the manhole cover receiving frame 102 is placed. Fig. 5 (b)
In the conventional manhole, the manhole cover is
Since the manhole cover receiving frame 102 is formed so as to receive the 101, the upper part of the manhole cover receiving frame 102 was formed at a right angle to the road surface. Therefore, the pavement of the road surface 107 is worn due to running of an automobile wearing spiked tires, and the outside of the manhole cover receiving frame 102 projects at a right angle to the road surface 107. When a snowplow travels through a place with such a manhole during snowfall while removing snow, the snow removal grader 108 of the snowplow is caught on the outside of the manhole cover receiving frame 102,
When the snowblower suddenly stops, the rear wheels of the snowblower may float up and become extremely dangerous.

However, the wear of the road pavement due to spiked tires and the like was severe, so it was necessary to carry out the work of raising the road pavement quite frequently.

ことの予測は難しく事故防止には限界があった。In the past, not only was it impossible to directly see the road surface due to snow during snowfall, but the snow removal grader of a snow plow could be caught if the manhole cover receiving frame protrudes even 2 mm from the road surface. Even if the wear condition was managed, it was difficult to predict that the snow removing grader would collide with the manhole cover receiving frame, and there was a limit to accident prevention.

On the other hand, it is set to 20 to 50 degrees. Further, the tip end of the inclined surface of the angled projection is lower than the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame by 1 cm or more.

ない。Since the angled projections having an inclined surface inclined at 20 to 50 degrees from the outer periphery of the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame to the outside are integrally formed over the entire circumference, the road surface around the manhole cover receiving frame is The steps on the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame are connected smoothly, and the snow removing grader of the snow removal vehicle is guided from the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame to the upper cover of the manhole through the slope without impact even if it contacts the manhole cover receiving frame. , The snow removing grader of the snow removing vehicle does not collide with the manhole cover receiving frame.

Since the step between the road surface around the receiving frame and the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame is smoothly connected, the repair interval of the road surface pavement around the manhole cover receiving frame can be lengthened.

In these figures, 1 is the manhole top cover, 2 is the manhole cover receiving frame for receiving the manhole top cover 1, 3
Is a lifting rib used to install the manhole cover receiving frame 2, 4 is a manhole side wall on which the manhole cover receiving frame 2 is mounted, 5
Is an angled protrusion that is a protrusion-shaped edge that inclines outward from the outer periphery of the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame 2 and forms a part of a conical surface. The angled projection 5 has an inclined surface 6 formed so as to gradually lower from the outer periphery of the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame 2 to the outside, and this inclined surface 6 forms a part of a conical surface on the outer periphery of the manhole cover receiving frame 2. Is formed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the manhole cover receiving frame 2
Even if the road surface pavement around is worn by a spike tire of an automobile or the like, the angled protrusions 5 smoothly connect the road surface 7 around the manhole upper cover receiving frame 2 and the step difference on the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame 2 by the slope 6. Therefore, even if the snow removing grader 8 of the snow removing vehicle comes into contact with the manhole cover receiving frame 2, the grader 8 is guided from the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame 2 to the upper cover 1 of the manhole without being impacted. Therefore, even if the road surface pavement around the manhole cover receiving frame 2 is worn, an accident that the snow removing grader 8 of the snow removing vehicle or the like collides does not occur.

In Fig. 2 (b), as an example, the angle of the slope 6 is about 45 with respect to the road surface 7.
In addition, the tip 61 of the slope 6 is 1.5 cm lower than the road surface 7. In this way, even if the road surface pavement around the manhole upper cover receiving frame 2 is worn, even if the snow removing grader 8 of the snow removing vehicle comes into contact with the manhole upper cover receiving frame 2, there is no impact and no collision.

By doing so, it is possible to reduce the wear of the road surface pavement around the manhole cover receiving frame 2, and it is possible to lengthen the period until the repair work.

ることができる。Even if the manhole cover is square, the surface of the angled projection is formed on the outer periphery of the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame 12 so that it becomes lower toward the outside, and the snow removing grader of the snow removal vehicle is used as the manhole cover receiving frame. Even if they come into contact with each other, they can be guided from the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame to the upper cover of the manhole without passing through the inclined surface of the angled projection.

間隔を長くできるという利点がある。As described above, even if the snow removal grader of the snow removal vehicle comes into contact with the manhole cover receiving frame, the snow removing grader uses the angled protrusions, which are projecting edges inclined outward from the outer periphery of the upper face of the manhole cover receiving frame, for removing snow. The grader can be guided from the top surface of the manhole top cover frame to the top of the manhole top frame through the slope of the angled projection without collision, and the impact caused by the contact between the snow removal grader and the manhole cover frame is reduced. The snow plow is not damaged and the snow plow driver is safe. Also, since it is a simple structure that only a small protruding edge is integrally formed on the outer periphery of the upper surface of the conventional manhole cover receiving frame over the entire circumference, only a slight design and manufacturing change of the conventional manhole cover receiving frame is required.
Moreover, there is an advantage that conventional construction methods and handling methods can be applied as they are, while exhibiting the above-mentioned specific effects. By lowering the tip of the slope of the angled projection by 1 cm or more from the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame, the slope of the angled projection will surround the manhole cover receiving frame until the road surface pavement around the manhole cover receiving frame is worn by at least 1 cm. Since the step between the road surface and the upper surface of the manhole cover receiving frame is smoothly connected, there is an advantage that the repair interval of the road surface pavement around the manhole cover receiving frame can be lengthened.
