However, in the conventional round braid, since the braids are assembled in a spiral shape with each other, the same cord, for example, A, repeatedly appears and exists in the spiral every other time. Therefore, in this braid,
The same braid does not appear continuously in the column direction. From the above, a braided braid having an aesthetic appearance in which the same cord appears continuously in the column direction has not been known yet.

The circular braid according to the first aspect of the present invention comprises a central thread-shaped body made of fiber or metal, which is arranged at the center, and three or more winding strings radially arranged around the central thread-shaped body. Each of the winding strings is wound around the central filament once, returns to the same radial position, then advances a predetermined length in the knitting direction which is the direction of the central filament, and is then wound once. In addition, the winding strings do not intersect each other, and the winding strings are the same winding string in the knitting direction continuously and in a row with the lateral width of the winding string, and the same winding string in the cross-sectional direction. Are repeatedly arranged in the same radial position.

The circular braid according to the second aspect of the present invention is such that a central thread-shaped body, which is arranged at the center and is composed of a rubber core portion and an outer covering portion made of fiber yarn that covers the rubber core portion, and the central thread-shaped body as the center. It is composed of three or more winding cords arranged radially around it, and each of the winding cords winds the central filament once and returns to the same radial position, and then the central filament extends by a predetermined length. In the knitting direction, the winding is repeated once, and the winding strings are not crossed with each other.
In each of the winding strings, the same winding string is continuously arranged in the knitting direction and has a lateral width of the winding string, and the same winding string is repeatedly arranged at the same radial position in the lateral direction. To do.

The number of winding strings to be used may be 3 or more, and usually 8, 10, 12 are used. Regardless of its thickness, color, texture, etc., it can be as bulky as a cotton candy-like processed yarn made up of many thin fiber bundles, or conversely it can be made as non-bulky texture. . The former has elasticity to some extent even if it is not a stretchable thread. The type of the fibers may be synthetic fibers such as nylon and polyester, natural fibers such as cotton, silk and suf, and semi-synthetic fibers, or may be a mixture thereof.

The central thread-like material is a rubber-like elastic thread-like material (hereinafter referred to as rubber) such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber or polyurethane rubber, or a thread-like material having a certain degree of elasticity made up of a bundle of many thin fibers, Other non-stretchable fibrous filaments, metal wires, and combinations thereof (for example, 1 or 2).
A composite thread-like body in which a thread-like body made of a thin fiber bundle is arranged so as to surround the rubber as a center can be provided. When the above-mentioned rubber is used, it becomes a rubber-containing braid, and the elasticity of the whole braid becomes large. In addition, in the case of a composite thread made of rubber, even if the rubber is cut due to deterioration or the like, the round braid is not loosened by another thread.

Example 1 As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the circular braid according to the present example is a bulky string composed of two polyurethane rubber threads (thickness: about 0.5 mm) 11 and a bundle of thin fibers surrounding the thread. The circular braid according to this embodiment is assembled as follows. It should be noted that this rubber-containing circular braid is produced by using a known device by knitting each cord in a predetermined arrangement with a stretchable filamentous body being pulled.

First, the winding string A is, as shown in FIG.
Is wound once, returned to the same radial position, then advanced in the knitting direction by a predetermined length (about 5 to 7 mm), and further wound once. The same operation is performed on each winding string by D → H → G → C → F.
→ B → E. Further, the wound string A advances in the knitting direction by a predetermined length and is wound once, and the same operation is performed on the other wound strings, and these operations are sequentially repeated. In this case, only the side x where each winding string itself intersects is exposed on the surface of the circular braid, and the side y that does not intersect and goes around the central filament 1 is hidden and hidden inside.

By the above operation, the same wound string is continuously tandemly arranged on the surface of the braided string, and the same wound string is repeatedly arranged at the same radial position in the cross-sectional direction. Therefore, the Honmaru braid does not have a pattern (color) alternating in a spiral shape as in the conventional art, but the same pattern (color) is continuously repeated in the column direction, and thus has a novel aesthetic unprecedented. Also,
Since each string is bulky, the overall appearance of the braid is also bulky. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, since the composite central thread-like body composed of rubber and a bulky thread that is not rubber is used,
Since the rubber braid has high elasticity and has a thread that is not a rubber that does not easily deteriorate, the braid can be sufficiently held without being unraveled even if this rubber deteriorates.

The length of the braid cord according to this embodiment is not particularly limited,

Example 2 In this example, as shown in FIG. 4, except that four black winding strings (A to D) and four green winding strings (E to H) were used, A braided braid was prepared under the same conditions as in Example 1. The thickness of this round braid is about 7 mm, the width of each string (thickness)
Is 2.5 to 3.0 mm, and one unit length in the column direction is about 6 mm,
One half was green and the other half was black. Such a pattern cannot be achieved by a conventional braided braid that is knitted in a spiral shape, but can be achieved for the first time by this embodiment. The combination of the two colors may be a combination of black and beige, for example. Further, it is also possible to use twelve same braids in the above to form a round braid whose half faces have the same color. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the thickness of the braided cord is 10 to 11 mm, the width of each cord is about 2 mm, and the unit length in the longitudinal direction is about 7 to 8 mm. In addition, when both ends of each of these braided cords were strongly twisted by holding them in their hands, and then their hands were released, a spiral pattern was exhibited as a whole of two colors such as black and green, and the appearance was different.
In this respect, the same applies to the braid cords of other examples and the like. In FIGS. 4 and 5, the left side is a view in which a green or beige string is exposed (an explanatory view showing a plane state), and the right side is a black string shown below. It is explanatory drawing which shows the front state.

Example 3 Example 3 was repeated except that a metal wire (thickness: about 0.2 to 1 mm) was used as the central filament. In this case, holding the both ends of the braided cord and pulling it strongly did not break it. In addition to the decorativeness of the round braid, especially great strength, durability,
This is effective when conformability to the target shape (shape retention) is required.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to those shown in the above specific embodiments, and various modifications may be made within the scope of the present invention depending on the purpose and application. That is, it is possible to variously change the arrangement positions of the strings having different colors, the number of different kinds of colors, the material of the fibers constituting the same, the sense of touch or the feeling, and it is also possible to freely combine them. In addition, if a fiber or a string that exhibits fluorescence or phosphorescence and has a luminescent property is used, it can be made into a luminescent string and can be identified at night. Furthermore, if both ends of the braid are heat-welded and fixed, there is no concern about loosening, which is useful for applications such as loop ties. Furthermore, this braided cord can be combined with other cords, other base materials, or the like.

In the braided cord of the present invention, the winding cords wound around the central filament are the same winding cords that are continuously tandem in the knitting direction, and the same winding cords are the same radial shape in the cross-sectional direction. It is characterized in that it is repeatedly placed in a position. Therefore, the present braided cord has a completely different structure from the conventional case where the cords of the same color are discontinuously and spirally exposed, and can have an aesthetic appearance that cannot be achieved by conventional techniques. Furthermore, by changing the color, material, etc. of the string to be used, it is possible to freely produce a circle braid with a desired aesthetic appearance, and to change the material (for example, rubber or metal) of the central thread. This allows the properties of the circle braid to be changed freely.
