DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Waste liquid collector 100
In the above, the lid 102 is in a state in which the pushing operation rod 109 is projected upward, so that the size of the package is large, and a lot of cushioning material for packaging has to be used to prevent damage. I hate getting bigger and bigger. Therefore, there is a problem that the transportation work becomes troublesome and the transportation cost becomes high. In addition, in order to prevent erroneous operation except when in use, the safety holder 12 is attached to the protruding portion of the pushing operation lever 109.
Although 0 was engaged and attached, the manufacturing cost was further increased because of this.

On the other hand, the space formed between the outer peripheral surface of the funnel-shaped inner bottom portion 106 and the cylindrical wall 104 becomes a dead space.
For this reason, there is a problem that waste suction occurs at the start of suction for vacuuming the inside of the waste liquid reservoir 101, the rise until the predetermined negative pressure is reached is delayed, and the time spent for suction (response time) increases. This problem is particularly important when the suction and the stop are performed intermittently. On the other hand, when the waste liquid is full in the waste liquid reservoir 101 and the suction is finished, even when the vacuuming is stopped, the negative pressure in the dead space is about to return to the atmospheric pressure, and the suction of the waste liquid is continued. , The water level of the waste liquid rises beyond a predetermined storage amount.
For this reason, the distance between the liquid surface of the waste liquid and the spray port 110 is close, and the upper surface of the inner plug 112 is formed as a conical surface to improve the dispersibility of the coagulant, but the coagulant is In some cases, it became difficult to disperse and supply the waste liquid and the solidification of the waste liquid was insufficient. The liquid level rises remarkably, and the liquid level is the inside plug 11
2 or reaches the spray port 110, it becomes difficult or impossible to spray the coagulant.

(See FIG. 8) is not necessary, and there is an advantage that the manufacturing cost can be reduced. At the lower end of the operating rod 26, there is provided a conical inner plug 33 capable of closing the spray port 20 when the operation receiving portion 28 is engaged with the circular recess 23. Therefore, by pushing down the operating rod 26, the inside plug 33 can be made to escape downward from the spraying port 20, whereby the coagulant G stored in the coagulant storage chamber 17 can be removed.
It can be scattered and dropped along the upper surface of the taper. Even if the inner plug 33 comes off from the sprinkle port 20, the operation receiving portion 28
Is caught in the elliptical recess 24, so that the inside plug 33 is held in a suspended state.

The inner plug 33 is made of soft resin, rubber or the like, and has a press-fitting hole formed from the top thereof toward a lateral hole 33a formed so as to cross the tapered upper surface. The press-fitting hole has a structure in which the two are joined by being fitted to the protrusion 34 provided at the lower end portion of the operating rod 26. Compared with the manufacturing method by ultrasonic welding or heat welding, The cost is low and the assembly is easy. Further, since the inner plug 33 is formed of soft resin or rubber in this way, the inner plug 33 can be slightly reduced in diameter at the time of fitting to the spray port 20 to enhance the tight plugging property, and a sealing member such as an O-ring is separately provided. No longer needed. This is also useful in promoting lower manufacturing costs and easier assembly. It should be noted that the operability is also lighter than in the case of using the O-ring.

Next, a method of treating waste liquid using this waste liquid collector 1 will be described. A waste liquid suction hose (not shown) is connected to the waste liquid receiving pipe (e.g., elbow 14), and a vacuum hose (not shown) connected to a vacuum generator is connected to the ventilation pipe (e.g., elbow 15). Recovery work. When the inside of the waste liquid reservoir 2 is to be evacuated, the inclined ceiling portion 5 connects the portion of the coagulant storage portion 6 close to the spray port 20 and the upper opening of the waste liquid reservoir 2.
Dead space is made as small as possible. Therefore, wasteful suction in the initial stage of suction is suppressed to the minimum limit, delay in rising does not occur, and response time becomes small. Further, even when the suction is completed, the suction of the waste liquid is promptly stopped by stopping the evacuation, and it is possible to suppress the unnecessary rise of the liquid surface which impairs the sprayability of the coagulant.

If the waste liquid has a high viscosity and the coagulant is not sufficiently spread in the waste liquid, or if the coagulant is insufficient for achieving a predetermined coagulation state, the used coagulant storage unit 6
Then, the new coagulant storage unit 6 containing the coagulant may be screwed to the inclined ceiling 5 and the above operation may be repeated. Further, even when it is desired to add an appropriate medicine such as a bactericide, this method can be applied by using the coagulant storage unit 6 containing a predetermined medicine. Even if such an operation is performed, there is almost no danger of the operator directly touching the waste liquid, and therefore the risk is extremely low. When the risk of waste liquid is low, the used coagulant storage unit 6 can be removed and the removed empty coagulant storage unit 6 can be discarded as general waste. By doing this, transportation related to incineration, fuel,
In addition to saving time waste, the resources (coagulant storage section 6) can be effectively used by collecting and reusing them.

On the other hand, in this embodiment, as the ventilation pipe, a ventilation pipe 52 having a liquid leakage preventive device 51 is used instead of the elbow 15 described above. This liquid leak preventer 51
Has breathability that does not cause resistance in the pipeline when dry, but comes in contact with liquid (that is, when waste liquid begins to overflow)
The fiber material 53 that swells and blocks the liquid permeability is incorporated. As the liquid leak preventer 51, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-20
The material disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 1452 can be used, and as the fibrous material 53, a fibrous base material made of acrylic fiber or the like and a water-absorbing polymer substance (for example, sodium polyacrylate) adhered thereto or , Composed of fibers formed of the water-absorbing polymer substance. By using such a liquid leak preventer 51, for example, even a waste liquid having a high viscosity (diffusive in diffusivity) has an advantage that water can be stopped promptly and reliably, and environmental pollution due to leakage of the waste liquid can be prevented. . Incidentally, 54 is a waste liquid dispersion plate for dispersing the waste liquid flowing into the liquid leak preventer 51 around the lower surface of the fibrous material 53, and is attached at a predetermined interval facing the inflow port. By providing such a waste liquid dispersion plate 54, a water blocking action can be quickly obtained, and the water blocking action is improved as compared with the case where the waste liquid dispersion plate 54 is not provided. The effect is obtained, and the fiber material 53 can be thinned.

If the lid body is provided with the inclined ceiling portion, it is possible to reduce the dead space, improve the responsiveness at the time of starting and stopping the suction of the waste liquid, and start the suction. It is possible to prevent a delay in response time due to wasteful suction at the time and unnecessary inflow of waste liquid at the end of suction. By allowing the lid to be disassembled into a sloping ceiling and a coagulant storage, not only can additional use of coagulant and reuse of the coagulant storage be done, but energy waste related to incineration can be eliminated. It will be possible.

The lid is provided with a guide wall surrounding the middle portion of the operating rod, and when the operating rod is not operated, the peripheral portion of the operating rod and the lower opening edge of the guide wall are brought into contact with each other without a gap. By setting it, it is possible to prevent deterioration of operability due to invasion of the coagulant into the guide wall, clogging, and the like. If the inner container is attached to the lid, the waste liquid reservoir can be reused and the cost can be reduced. In this case, if a lower ventilation passage is provided at the bottom of the waste reservoir, the piping can be made easy and smart.
