When s is the minimum tolerance in terms of dimensional tolerance, Pm-Ps and L
The tolerance with respect to m-Ls is set as the crushing allowance of the convex portions 7G, 7G, 7G provided on the inner walls of the insertion holes 7F, 7F, and the convex portions 7G, 7G,
By defining the protrusion size of 7G, even when the above-mentioned dimensional tolerance occurs, it can be absorbed by the convex portions 7G, 7G, 7G of the insertion holes 7F, 7F, 7F.

As described above, according to the present invention,
Insert the center leg with the leaf spring of the E-shaped fixed iron core fitted into the hollow part of the spool around which the electromagnetic coil is wound, and clamp and fix the E-shaped fixed iron core with the legs provided on the upper surface of the spool. A guide metal fitting is attached to a lower portion of a movable iron core having the same shape as that of the fixed iron core, and the central leg of the movable iron core is inserted into the hollow portion from the lower surface side of the spool, and the two leg portions provided on the lower surface of the spool are attached. Contacting opening / closing mechanism having a fixed contact, a movable contact, and a contact support member, and an electromagnet mechanism section in which a movable iron core is sandwiched and fixed by an upper plate, and an upper surface of the fixed iron core is brought into contact with an insulating plate attached to a rib of an upper case. In the electromagnetic contactor in which both the mechanical parts are connected by a lever, two leg pieces located diagonally on the lower surface of the insulating plate of the electromagnet mechanical part are provided so as to project, and the spool of the electromagnet mechanical part is provided. On the top By forming the insertion hole into which the leg portion of the insulating plate is inserted, it is possible to maintain the fixed iron core and the leaf spring incorporated between the spool and the insulating plate in the state of being attached to the spool. The fixed iron core, the leaf spring, and the insulating plate can be assembled together, and the assemblability can be improved.
In addition, the insertion hole formed in the leg portion of the spool upper surface has a hole diameter larger than the diameter of the leg piece of the insulating plate and is provided with a plurality of protrusions on its inner wall, or the insertion hole formed in the leg portion of the spool upper surface. By making the hole diameter of the insertion hole larger than the diameter of the leg of the insulating plate and providing a plurality of protrusions on the peripheral wall of the leg of the insulating plate, the difference formed between the two legs of the insulating plate and the leg of the spool. Even if the center position of the insertion hole is displaced, the insulating plate can be easily inserted and attached to the insertion hole of the spool.
