Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a magazine for a photosensitive material in which a body member made of sheet and a side plate made of plastic can be easily separated in the case of discarding a used magazine. CONSTITUTION:A magazine for a photosensitive material comprises a body member 1 made of sheet having a slitlike outlet 4, and side plates 2 made of plastic engaged with the member 1 from both sides, wherein the member 1 and the plates 2 are temporarily clamped in the degree to be easily separated, shrink packaged by a thermoplastic resin film having a thickness of 30mum or more, and a sew line is provided at a part of a shrink package 6 corresponding to the outlet 4.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to a simple disposable photosensitive material magazine, and more particularly to a photosensitive material magazine (hereinafter referred to as a magazine) capable of easily separating a body member made of paper and a side plate made of plastic.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The above object of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive material magazine formed by fitting plastic side plates into a paper body member having slit-shaped outlets from both sides thereof. The side plate and the side plate are temporarily fixed so that they can be easily separated, shrink-wrapped with a thermoplastic resin film having a thickness of 30 μm or more, and perforations are provided in the shrink-wrap body portion corresponding to the slit-shaped outlet. EXAMPLES The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the magazine of the present invention. The shrink wrap 6 was applied to the magazine body formed by the body member 1 and the side plate 2. The shrink wrap is made of a thermoplastic resin film, the magazine body is wrapped with the thermoplastic resin film, and then hot air is shrunk to shrink the thermoplastic resin film to form a shrink package.

In the present invention, the thermoplastic resin film used for shrink packaging is preferably polyethylene or polypropylene, and its thickness is required to be 30 μm because strength is required.

After using the photosensitive material, when the magazine is discarded, the shrink wrapping is broken, the body member and the side plate are removed, and the magazine is discarded. At this time, the body member and the side plate are only temporarily lightly fixed, so that they can be easily removed.

In a magazine for a photosensitive material, which is formed by fitting a plastic side plate into a paper body member having a slit-shaped outlet from both sides, the body member and the side plate are temporarily fixed so that they can be easily separated. A magazine for a photosensitive material, characterized in that a thermoplastic resin film having a thickness of 30 μm or more is shrink-wrapped, and perforations are provided in a shrink-wrapping body portion corresponding to the slit-shaped outlet.
