Abstract

PURPOSE:To mount a rotary vibrator surely and firmly by a method wherein a shaft is supported in three points so as to prevent it from being trembled in the radial direction in which a centrifugal force acts and so as to prevent it from being trembled in the circumferential direction in which the inertial force of the vibrator acts when the shaft is caulked to a mounting hole in a state that the shaft has been inserted into, and passed through, the mounting hole in order to mount the vibrator on the shaft. CONSTITUTION:In a rotary vibrator, a shaft 3 is caulked to a mounting hole 2 which has been made in the rotation center P in a state that the shaft has been inserted into, and passed through, the mounting hole 2. In the rotary vibrator, a heavy weight part 5 which uses a face passing the rotation center P as the surface 4 is formed, and recessed grooves 8 which make the deformation of an outer circumferential part 7 escape when the mounting hole 2 is caulked are formed in parallel on both sides of the mounting hole 2 on the surface 4 of the heavy weight part 5.

2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 7 is a front view showing a rotary oscillator of this type. The rotary oscillator 31 is arranged so that a large centrifugal force is applied to a rotary shaft 32 to which the rotary oscillator 31 is attached so that strong vibration can be obtained. The high specific gravity heavy metal is used, and the cross-sectional shape is fan-shaped or semicircular with the mounting hole 33 of the rotary shaft 32 as the center. When the vibrator 31 is attached to the rotary shaft 32 of a small motor (not shown) to form a vibration generator, first, the rotary shaft 32 is attached to the mounting hole 33 formed at the rotation center P of the vibrator 31. Transducer 3 in the inserted state
A jig 35 having a recess 34 matching the shape of No. 1 is used for positioning, and the mounting hole 33 is swaged from above to be deformed (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-13860).

However, when the mounting hole 33 is crimped from above, the mounting hole 33 is deformed into a flat shape that is crushed up and down, so that when the mounting hole 33 is rotated, a centrifugal force acts in the radial direction. Although there is no rattling, a gap is formed on both the left and right sides of the rotary shaft 32, so that the inertial force of the vibrator 31 acts at the start and stop of the rotation of the rotary shaft 32 so that the rotary shaft 32 acts in the circumferential direction. There is a problem that rattling easily occurs.

For this reason, as shown in FIG.
Instead of forming a concave groove 36 into which the rotary shaft 32 is inserted, a taper surface 37 is formed outside the concave groove 36, and the taper surface 39 formed on the punch 38 deforms this to form the vibrator 31. It has been proposed that the motor is attached to the rotating shaft 32 (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-30544).

In this way, theoretically, the groove 36 is deformed so as to embrace the rotary shaft 32, so that the vibrator 31 is formed.
Should be able to be firmly attached, but in reality, it must be deformed considerably. But,
It is difficult to deform the metal so much, and even if it is possible to deform it, the concave groove 36 is open at the upper side, so it is easy to loosen, and eventually the rotating shaft 32 cannot be firmly attached. there were. Therefore, according to the present invention, the vibrator can be securely and firmly attached to the rotation shaft, and neither radial rattling due to centrifugal force nor circumferential rattling due to the inertial force of the vibrator occurs. This is a technical issue.

According to the present invention, the rotary vibrator is positioned at a predetermined crimping position while the rotary shaft is inserted through the mounting hole, and the rotary vibrator is abutted on both left and right shoulder portions of the outer peripheral portion of the mounting hole. When the punch in which the concave groove-shaped pressing portion that distributes the pressing force to the rotation center from the left and right shoulder portions is pressed down from above, the left and right shoulder portions of the mounting hole are deformed toward the rotation center, The mounting hole is transformed into a substantially triangular shape. In addition, by sliding a pair of punches along the upper surface of the weight part from both the left and right sides of the mounting hole and crimping the position deviated upward from the center of rotation, the left and right shoulder parts of the mounting hole are crushed inward, The mounting hole is transformed into a substantially triangular shape. In either case, the mounting hole is deformed so that the lower side is the bottom of the triangle, and the upper surface of the weight portion has concave grooves formed on both sides of the mounting hole in parallel. When caulking is performed, the deformation of the outer peripheral portion is released, and the rotary shaft is reliably supported at three points.

Then, the punch 11 is pushed down toward the center of rotation from the direction orthogonal to the upper surface 4 of the weight portion 5 to crimp the mounting hole 2 (see FIG. 2B). In this case,
The punch 11 for caulking the mounting hole 2 is formed with a concave groove-shaped pressing portion 12 that is narrower than the outer peripheral portion of the mounting hole 2, and the punch 11 is rotated from the direction orthogonal to the upper surface 4 to the rotation center P. When it is pushed down vertically toward, the tip 12a of the pressing portion 12 is brought into contact with the left and right shoulder portions 2a formed on the tapered surface of the outer peripheral portion 7 of the mounting hole 2, and the pressing force is applied to the left and right shoulders. It is configured to be dispersed in the force from the portion 2a toward the rotation center P.

When the punch 11 is pushed down from directly above the rotary vibrator 1 toward the rotation center P, the pressing portion 12 of the punch 11 is formed in a concave groove shape, so that the outer peripheral portion 7 of the mounting hole 2 is formed. The apexes are not pressed, and the tip ends 12a of the pressing portions 12 are in contact with the tapered left and right shoulder portions 2a, and the left and right shoulder portions 2a are pressed toward the rotation center P. As a result, in the mounting hole 2, from the left and right shoulder portions 2a to the rotation center P
A total of three forces, that is, the two forces directed toward and the reaction force generated from the jig 10 from the jig 10, act to deform the left and right shoulder portions 2a inward, and at the same time, to each vertex 2b, 2
The mounting holes 2 are deformed into a substantially triangular shape by the relative deformation of c and 2d (see FIG. 2 (c)).

At this time, on the upper surface 4 of the weight portion 5, concave grooves 8 are formed in parallel on both sides of the mounting hole 2, and the mounting hole 2
When two forces are applied from the left and right shoulder portions 2a toward the center of rotation P, the outer peripheral portion 7 of the left and right shoulder portions 2a has a groove 8.
Since it is deformed so as to bend from the bottom of the mounting hole 2, the deformation of the outer peripheral portion 7 is released when the mounting hole 2 is caulked, and the mounting shaft 2 is largely deformed, and the rotary shaft 2 is reliably supported at three points. Therefore, even if the rotary oscillator 1 is rotated, rattling does not occur in either the radial direction or the circumferential direction.

In the above embodiment, the case where the outer peripheral portion 7 of the mounting hole 2 is formed as a tapered surface has been described, but it may be formed as an arc surface. Further, the outer peripheral portion 7 is formed into a rectangular cross section as shown in FIG. 3 without forming a tapered surface or an arc surface, and the inside of the concave groove-shaped pressing portion 12 formed in the punch 11 is tapered or arc surface. Alternatively, the force of pushing down the punch 11 may be dispersed into the force of moving the left and right shoulder portions 2a of the mounting hole 2 toward the rotation center P.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing another mounting method of the rotary vibrator according to the present invention. The same parts as those in FIGS. 1 and 2 are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this example, a pair of left and right punches 21R and 21L
Is slid from the left and right sides of the mounting hole 2 along the upper surface 4 of the weight portion 5, and at its tip, the portion that is deviated upward from the rotation center P of the mounting hole 2 is swaged from the left and right sides. (See FIG. 4A). At this time, a constant offset distance is maintained between the upper surface 4 of the weight portion 5 and the punches 21R and 21L, and the tips 22 of the punches 21R and 21L are positioned higher than the rotation center P and the outer peripheral portion of the mounting hole 2 is located. It is configured so as to abut against 7.

When the punches 21R and 21L are slid and pressed against the outer peripheral portion 7 of the mounting hole 2, the left and right shoulder portions 2a of the mounting hole 2 are sandwiched from the left and right sides. At this time, since the concave groove 8 is formed on the upper surface 4 of the weight portion 5 in parallel to both sides of the mounting hole 2, the deformation of the outer peripheral portion 7 is released when the mounting hole 2 is caulked. As a result, the left and right shoulders 2a are bent from the bottom of the groove 8, and the mounting hole 2 is deformed into a substantially triangular shape (see FIG. 4).
(See (b)), the rotary shaft 3 is supported at three points. Therefore, even if the rotary oscillator 1 is rotated, rattling does not occur in either the radial direction or the circumferential direction.

It should be noted that in order to crimp the portion of the mounting hole 2 which is deviated from the rotation center P upward from both left and right sides, the punch 21 is used.
The case where the R and 21L are slid apart from the upper surface 4 of the weight portion 5 by a constant offset distance has been described. However, as shown in FIG. 5, it is a case where the tips 22 of the punches 21R and 21L are sharpened. Also, as shown in FIG. 6,
The protrusion 23 pressed by the punches 21R and 21L may be formed at a position displaced upward from the rotation center P of the outer peripheral portion 7 of the mounting hole 2.

As described above, according to the rotary vibrator of the present invention, the pressing force is brought into contact with the left and right shoulder portions of the outer peripheral portion of the mounting hole, and the pressing force is directed from the left and right shoulder portions toward the center of rotation. From the center of rotation by pushing down the punch with a concave groove-shaped pressing part that disperses the force from above, or by sliding a pair of punches along the upper surface of the weight part from both left and right sides of the mounting hole. The mounting hole can be deformed into a substantially triangular shape by caulking the position deviated from the position. In this case, since the upper surface of the weight portion has concave grooves formed on both sides of the mounting hole in parallel with each other. , When the mounting hole is swaged, the deformation of the outer peripheral portion is released and the rotary shaft is flexed from the bottom of the concave groove to reliably support the rotary shaft at three points, and even if the rotary shaft is rotated, its diameter direction And has the excellent effect of not causing rattling in the circumferential direction. .
