This is because materials such as aluminum, iron, and copper induce electrolysis and affect the corrosion of the electrode body and the deterioration of the flavor of food. The electrode body is connected and fixed to the conductive terminal 3 exposed to the outside of the lid body 1. The conductive terminal is connected to the lead wire 5 and relates to an energization heater configured to be energized. In this case, the opening of the energization heater can be closely fitted to the opening of the container body 4 containing the object to be energized, and at the same time, the electrode body 2 is connected to the container body 4 by the electrode body 2.
It comes into contact with the inner surface of the. As the container body 4, a material having heat resistance and electric insulation is used similarly to the material of the lid body. For example, the composition is PET, PP or a composite thereof. As for the shape, either a container or a bag can be used.

It is possible to prevent the contents from swelling and spouting due to boiling, and it is possible to sanitarily cook and process. Further, by providing one or more small holes 8 on the upper surface of the lid body 1, it becomes possible to perform heat processing in a state in which the atmospheric pressure is not exceeded, but if a baffle plate is fixed on the small holes, pressure can be easily applied. Adjustment can be performed, and finer pressure adjustment can be performed by performing weight adjustment with a weight such as a weight on the baffle plate of the small hole.

However, when this is a continuous system, the endless belt 10 for continuously moving the lid 1, the drive device for the endless belt, and the object to be heated are charged. It is fixed to the endless belt 10 via 15 and its rotational speed can be adjusted freely by a driving device (not shown). An endless belt 10 'is provided under the electric heater.
A large number of frames 12 fixed to the above can be adjusted and rotated by the driving device, and can be synchronized with the rotation speed of the electric heater. Therefore, when the container body filled with the material to be energized is fitted into the frame 12, the energizing heater rotating from above fits and comes into close contact with the container body, and the electric current is applied from the lead wire 5 to the conductive rail 11. Through the conductive terminal 3 to the electrode body 2, and the object to be heated is electrically heated for a certain period of time.

If the lid positioning roll 13 is provided as a vertical adjustment mechanism for the endless belt 10 connected to the electric heater so that the electric heater fits well with the frame 12, fine adjustment is possible.
