【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、片持支持状態の車輌載支台板の昇降時に発生

スプロケットに関係づけ該駆動索を上下動させることに
より、該台板を昇降させるものである。しかし、この車
輌載支台板上に車輌を載せて昇降させたときには、該車
輪は台板の中央に常に位置しているとは限らず、片寄っ
ているときには、ギアードモーターによる駆動力は、そ
の一側端へ片寄ってかけられる関係上、常に台板巾方向
側端が互に同調した状態で昇降せず、一端の昇降動に対
し他端の昇降動におくれが生じて、台板が平衡状態で昇
降することが不能な場合がある。このために、前記考案
では台板両端の昇降速度を同調させるべく、台板両側後
端に2本のバランスチェーンを支柱上端から台板後端を
経て地中はり後端へ取付け、台板後端に枢支した一本の
車軸両端のスプロケット並びに支柱の滑車によりギアー
ドモーターによって与えられる台板の巾方向両側の昇降
速度を同調させようとしている。

連結固着して柱状支持部材1としている。このようなH
型鋼8を用いることにより、本駐車装置の前後方向に向
かって表面8aが存在し、又対向面側に向かってチャンネ
ル部8bが存在することになり、H型鋼8以外の、例えば
U型鋼等を適宜採用することもできる。次に、この柱状
支持部材1の間に取付けられる車輌載支台板2は、車輌
を載支する為の中央スペース9があり、その両端に立ち
下がり枠部が設けられ、前端は車輌乗り上げ容易なよう
に傾斜面とし、奥端部分が柱状支持部材1に対し片持支
持状態で内装され、後述の各装置によって昇降動可能に
支持されている。そして、この柱状支持部材1の片持状
態を維持し、しかも水平方向の横振れを防止する為に、
図例の如き上下に摺動可能な水平横振れ防止手段3と片
持支持手段4が設けられている。水平横振れ防止手段3
は、基本的に前記柱状支持部材1の間で昇降する車輌載
支台板2が水平方向に横振れするのを単に防止せんとす
るものであり、前記柱状支持部材1の対向内面に対し、
車輌載支台板2の奥位側面が当接し、上下に摺動可能な
状態が設定されていれば、単なるスライダー等を設ける
こともできる。図例のものは、第2図で示す如く、台板
2後端から上方へ支柱11を立設し、該支柱11から側方へ
水平横振れ防止用コロ12を突設し、このコロ12を前記柱
状支持部材1としてのH型鋼8のチャンネル部8bに、該
チャンネル部8bの底面とコロ12表面とが互いに上下動可
能な状態のクリアランスをもって内装されている。即
ち、前記部材の側方へ2枚の支片13を突設し、コロ12を
台板2に対し直交する方向へ回転可能に枢支したものを
用いている。又、片持支持手段4としては、台板2が片
持支持状態であることから、載支された車輌の荷重を支
えて、しかも台板2後部を柱状支持部材1に対し、昇降
可能に支持するものであれば種々のものが使用される
が、図例のものは台板2の支柱11から側方へ軸14を突設
し、該軸14にコロ15を台板2に対し平行な方向に回転可
能に枢支してなるものを用いている。しかも、このコロ
15は前記上方へ立設した支柱11の上下方向に距離をおい
て複数個用いるのが好ましい。下方のコロ15は、台板2
後端側方に位置し、上方のコロ15は、後端側方上方に位
置して、互いに離間した2点等の複数の位置で前記台板
2の片持支持状態を安定してなしている。そして、この
コロ15を前記柱状支持部材1のチャンネル部8b内に内装
することで台板2の片持状態の荷重支持をなしているの
である。次に、このような片持状態の台板2に対する昇
降手段5は、チェーン等の駆動索16一端を、図例の如く
一方の柱状支持部材1上端に固定し、又、台板2下方を
2つの案内歯車17を得てかけわたすとともに、他端は、
図例の如く他方の柱状支持部材1のチャンネル部8bを上
方へ案内し、上端に位置するギアードモーター18の駆動
スプロケット19等であらわされる昇降駆動手段20に関係
づけ、端部を柱状支持部材1の適所等に固定したものが
用いられる。即ち、車輌載支台板2は、その後端を柱状
支持部材1のチャンネル部8bで前記水平横振れ防止手段
3と片持支持手段4とによって支持され、台板2上に車
輌が載支されても片持支持され、しかも一方の柱状支持
部材1上の昇降駆動手段20により駆動索16が巻き上げら
れたり、又は巻き戻されたりすることにより車輌載支台
板2は、柱状支持部材1に対し昇降するのである。しか
し、このとき昇降駆動手段20を台板2の片側に設けてい
る関係上、車輌載支台板2の昇降駆動手段20側の方が、
対向側よりもより強い昇降力、とりわけ上昇力が与えら
れる結果、台板2昇降時に図例のものにあっては右側端
が速く上昇する傾向にあるが、両端が同調して昇降する
ことが望まれるとともに、当然、台板2上に車輌を載支
しているときには、その載支位置が台板中心位置から片
寄っていることがあり、このときも両端が同調して平衡
状態で昇降することが望まれる。これらを解決するため
に本考案では、台板2の両側端昇降速度同調手段6を設
けている。ここに台板2の両側端昇降速度同調手段6と
は、その両端を台板2より側方へ突出させた1本の車軸
21を台板2巾方向に枢支するとともに、車軸21両突出端
にピニオン22を固定し、しかも該ピニオン22と噛合する
ラック23を前記台板2側方に立設して、左右の両ピニオ
ン22が左右の両ラック23と噛合して同調回転可能に設定
している。従って、前記ラック23は前記柱状支持部材1
とは独立して立設したものでもよいが、図例のものにお
いては柱状支持部材1としての後方H型鋼8の表面8aに
固定したものを用い、このラック23と噛合するピニオン
22の図例の如く、台板昇降手段5よりも後方位置に設定
している。台板昇降手段5により車輌載支台板2は昇降
動するが、このときの昇降動に応じて台板2両側のピニ
オン22は1本の車軸21で、同調回転するように設定され
ているので、ピニオン22は柱状支持部材1に固定された
ラック23と噛合しながら、同調回転し平衡に台板が昇降
動するのである。即ち、ラック23とピニオン22の噛合に
より、昇降駆動手段20としてのギアードモーター18の回
転により、駆動索16が図中台板2右側から昇降動した場
合においても、台板2左右の側端は常にラック23とピニ
オン22の噛合関係により、位置規制されて片側のみが、
速く昇降動して傾斜することなく平衡状態で昇降するの
である。尚、このラック23とピニオン22は、図例のもの
において、台板昇降手段5よりも後方位置に設定してい
るが、片持支持手段4よりも前方位置であることから、
車輌載支台板2上に車輌を載支した状態の荷重は、後端
の片持支持手段4で基本的に支持されるものの、その荷
重はラック23、ピニオン22へもかけられ、この部分にお
ける摩耗、損傷等が発生したり、無理な噛合による故障
が発生することがあるのを防止する為に、第4図で示す
ように、ピニオン22の一側に位置してラック23、ピニオ
ン22の噛合関係を維持した状態で、外面が柱状支持部材
1としての後方H型鋼8の表面8aと当接する荷重受けガ
イド輪24を取付けることにより、片持支持手段4がこの
ラック23、ピニオン22よりも後方であっても、台板2に
載支した車輌による荷重をラック23、ピニオン22へ直接
かかるのを防止することができる。尚、ラック23、ピニ
オン22へ車輌の荷重が直接かかるのを防止する為には、
第5図の如く、ラック23を柱状支持部材1の背面に設
け、又ピニオン22を片持支持手段4よりも後方の台板2
後端に設けてもよい。更に、第6図の如く、ラック23と
ピニオン22による同調手段6を第1図と同様な状態に設
定するとともに、この同調手段6よりも前方に位置する
前方H型鋼8の背面に当接するように台板2に支柱11a
を立設し、しかも該支柱11aの上部側方に突設した軸に
コロ15aを枢支し、このコロ15aを前記前方H型鋼8の背
面に当接させ、もって、このコロ15aと、台板2後端側
方に設けた水平横振れ防止手段3のコロ12によっても片
持状態と水平横振れ防止した状態が得られるのである。
又、水平横振れ防止を前記の如く特別に配設したコロ12
によらずに、ラック23とピニオン22によっても得ること
ができる。即ち、ラック23、ピニオン22をヘリカルラッ
クとピニオンを用いることにより、左右の昇降動の同調
と横振れ防止とを同時に達成できるのである。
