CONSTITUTION:Tightening sections 13b, 14b which are in contact with an outer peripheral surface of an exhaust pipe 11 are formed integrally at an end of a thermal insulation plate 12 which covers an outer periphery of the exhaust pipe 11. 図6に示すものを使用して、図1及び図2と同様に巻き
締めることにより、その遮熱板を排気管へ固定支持す
る。この場合は、2個の巻き締め部A,A′となる。ま
た、舌片を前側のみに設けて図10及び図11に示す締
着バンド17を使用して、1個の巻き締め部Aのみとし
てもよい。これらの実施例においても上記と同様の作
用、効果を発揮できる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 排気管の外周を被覆する遮熱板の管軸方
向の端部に、排気管の外周面に当接する締着部を一体形
成し、該締着部における周方向の両端部に放射方向へ突
出する舌片を一体形成し、上記締着部の外周に有端状の
締着バンドを巻装すると共に該締着バンドの周方向端に
巻き締め用の延設部を形成し、上記舌片と延設部とを重
合状態で一緒に巻き締め固定して、遮熱板を排気管へ取
付けるようにしたことを特徴とする排気管用遮熱板の取
付構造。
