間の環状空間に配された円筒ガスケットと、円筒ガスケ
ットを管軸に沿いかつ外管の肩部に向って押圧すると共
に外管を内管に固定する押圧、固定手段とを具備した排
気管継手であって、押圧、固定手段は、外管の拡径端部
に管軸に沿って伸びて形成された少なくとも一対の切割
り溝と、外管の拡径端部に設けられた外管側の係止部
と、切割り溝のそれぞれを通って外管外に伸びかつ内管
の拡径部に設けられた内管側の係止部と、一端が外管側
の係止部に当接し、他端が内管側の係止部に当接して外
管の拡径端部の外周面に配された帯状部材と、この帯状
部材を外管の拡径端部に締付けるべく、帯状部材の端部
に設けられた締付け手段とを具備し、円筒ガスケット
は、帯状部材により内管の肩部を介して外管の肩部に向
って押圧されており、帯状部材は、その管軸に沿う方向
の長さが伸ばされるように、締付け手段の締付けにより
弾性変形されており、外管の拡径端部は、帯状部材の締
付けにより内管の拡径部に押圧、固定されている排気管
