The waste heat in the polluted high-temperature exhaust gas of the coating drying chamber used in the conventional drying process of the coating factory is simply discharged into the atmosphere and not recovered, so that the heat source cost is reduced. Not only is it uneconomical, but it is not preferable in terms of preventing global warming. Moreover, since the waste solvent was only removed by the solvent mist removing device and the activated carbon odor removing device, not only the solvent mist removing device becomes large and uneconomical, but also the solvent mist removing efficiency is poor, and further, the solvent It is uneconomical because the burden on the activated carbon odor removing device installed after the mist removing device becomes large. The conventional coating and drying facility has the above problems.

The heat pipe constituting the heat pipe heat exchanger is filled with a working fluid such as alcohol and CFC substitute. When the polluted hot exhaust gas contacts the evaporation section group of the heat pipe heat exchanger that is installed in front of the solvent mist removal device and the activated carbon removal device in the exhaust duct, the heat of the polluted hot exhaust gas is transferred to the heat pipe heat exchanger. Of the working fluid, and further to the working fluid liquid, the working fluid liquid evaporates. At this time, heat is stored in the working fluid vapor as latent heat of vaporization. When the working fluid evaporates, it moves at high speed to the condensation unit group. This condensing unit group is provided in the air supply duct in front of the heat exchanger-added heating furnace. When fresh cold outside air contacts the condensing groups, the condensing groups are cooled and the working fluid vapor condenses and transfers the heat of condensation to the condensing groups of the heat pipe heat exchanger. In addition, this heat heats the fresh cold outside air. On the other hand, when the polluted hot exhaust gas contacts the evaporation section group of the heat pipe heat exchanger, the heat of itself is given to the fresh cold outside air by the heat pipe heat exchanger group, and at the same time, it is cooled. The vapor of the solvent inside condenses into a liquid. At this time, the solvent gives heat of condensation to the fresh cold outside air via the heat pipe heat exchanger group. The solvent liquid generated by condensation can be recovered by a solvent mist removing device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A waste heat / waste solvent recovery system for a coating / drying room according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a coating drying chamber provided with a waste heat and waste solvent recovery device for the coating drying chamber, and FIG. 2 is A-A in FIG.
FIG. 3 is a schematic sectional view showing a schematic view of the heat pipe 13 that constitutes the heat pipe heat exchanger 5. FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a conventional coating and drying facility. The waste heat and waste solvent recovery device for the coating and drying facility of the embodiment has the following configuration. The evaporating section group 5A of the heat pipe heat exchanger 5 is provided in the middle of the exhaust duct 8,

On the other hand, the condenser section group 5B of the heat pipe heat exchanger 5 is provided in the middle of the air supply duct 3 in front of the heating furnace 6 for heating the fresh cold outside air 2A. Attention is now directed to the heat pipes that are components of the heat pipe heat exchanger 5.
When the contaminated high temperature exhaust gas 2C comes into contact with the evaporation section 13A of the heat pipe 13, the heat of the contaminated high temperature exhaust gas 2C is transferred to the heat pipe 13.
9A of the working fluid, and the working fluid 9A evaporates. At this time, the heat is the working fluid vapor 9B as latent heat of vaporization.
Stored in. The working fluid 9A evaporates at a high speed,
Move to the condenser 13B. When the fresh cold outside air 2A comes into contact with the condensing portion 13B, the condensing portion 13B is cooled, the working fluid vapor 9B is condensed, and the heat of condensation is given to the fresh cold outside air 2A. When the working fluid vapor 9B is condensed, the working fluid liquid 9A
Then, it returns to the evaporation section 13A through the wick 13C.
This working fluid liquid 9A is further heated by the polluted high temperature exhaust gas 2C and evaporated. In this way, heat exchange is performed. On the other hand, the evaporation section group 5A of the heat pipe heat exchanger 5
The polluted high temperature exhaust gas 2C that has been given heat is cooled. at the same time,
The solvent vapor 7B in the polluted high temperature exhaust gas 2C is also cooled,
It becomes solvent mist 7C. The solvent mist 7C is collected by the solvent mist removing device 12 to form a solvent liquid 7A, which is discharged by the trap 11. In this way, the efficiency of collecting the solvent liquid can be improved.
