因による接触力の経時劣化が確実に防止されることで圧
接端子に対する高い信頼性を得ることができると共に、
組付けの自動化、工程数及び部品点数の削減を図ること
ができるため、作業性の向上と製造コストの低減を実現
できる。

接端子の電線圧接方法において、 被覆電線が前記圧接刃上に載置されてから、圧接刃の拡
開防止用に圧接端子と一体的に設けられた圧入係合板が
折り曲げられることにより、被覆電線の圧接刃への圧入
が行われると共に、前記圧接刃の矯正並びにロックが行
われることを特徴とする圧接端子の電線圧接方法。
