(Problems to be solved by the invention) Therefore, this kind of cap seal can be used not only for sealing the bottle, displaying an advertisement, etc., but also for determining whether or not the bottle container is opened. That is, the cap seal is broken when the cap is opened, which makes it difficult to attach the cap seal to the bottle container again, which may cause drugs and the like to be improperly put into the bottle container for sale. It originally has a function that can prevent situations.

However, if the cap seal of the Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4528718 is fitted to a container in which the surface of the bottle container 1e below the mounting position of the cap 4 is formed into a smooth surface state, the surface portion concerned Since the lower side of the cap seal 7e is only fitted to the cap seal 7e, if the cap seal 7e and the cap 4 are gradually rotated by heating the cap seal 7e or the like, the cap seal 7e can be opened without breaking. It can be plugged.

As shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the cap seal 7e is provided in the container described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 53-28057, that is, at least one recess 10e on the outer peripheral surface of the bottle container 1e. Even if it is fitted over the substantially annular projection 10 having the above-mentioned shape, it is rare that it completely bites into the incomplete portion 10e and is brought into close contact with it at the time of thermal contraction. In many cases, it is contracted in a slackened shape, and a hollow gap 11 is formed between the recess 10e and the cap seal 7e.

Therefore, it may be indispensable to position the perforation line 8 in the cutout portion 10e, but it is very difficult to position the perforation line 8 in terms of the fitting work of the cap seal.
As shown in the figure (b), when it is located on the protrusion 10,
After that, if the cap seal 7e is gradually rotated together with the cap 4, the cap can be opened without breaking the cap seal 7e.

Then, when a rotational force in the direction of arrow a is applied to the cap seal 7 in FIG. 2, the portion of the cap seal 7 covering the one side surface 5a of the step portion 5 and the vicinity thereof is changed to the one side surface 5a.
Therefore, any one of them is always broken by the perforation line 8a or the cutting guide line 8 located in the vicinity of the relevant portion. Especially, as perforations, not only the two cutting guide lines 8 and 8 for dividing but also a plurality of separate perforation lines 8a
... is engraved, and one side 5a of the step 5 is cap seal 7
Since they are opposed to each other in the rotation direction, even if a hollow gap is formed in the portion of the cap seal 7 that covers the one side surface 5a to cause slack, Even if the cutting guide lines 8 and 8 are located in the above, since a plurality of perforation lines 8a are provided at appropriate intervals, at least one of the perforation lines 8a is caught in any step portion 5 and the cap seal 7 The breakage becomes more reliable. Also,
Since the cap seal 7 is pulled upward during the opening operation, the cap seal 7 has a convex step portion 5.
On the other hand, the force of abutting from the lower side promotes the breakage of the cap seal 7.

In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the bottle container is provided with the projecting step portion having the predetermined shape in four places in total, but the present invention is not limited to this. The number of the step portions 5 may be increased or decreased to any other number, and for example, only one convex step portion 5 may be provided as shown in FIG. Even in this case, any one of the plurality of perforation lines 8a is located in the vicinity of the step portion 5, and the perforation lines 8a are caught and broken during rotation.

Further, the concrete shape of the stepped portion 5 can be freely changed to various shapes as shown in (b) to (d) of the same figure. Furthermore, as shown in (e) of FIG. It may be part 5.
In order to ensure that each step 5 and the cap seal 7 are caught, it is preferable that the side surface of the step 5 be an acute angle, but even if the surface shape is rounded as shown in FIG. The purpose of the invention can be achieved.

As described above, the specific number and shape of the stepped portion 5 according to the present invention can be arbitrarily changed, and the point is to form a discontinuous convex portion or concave portion in the outer peripheral direction of the bottle container 1. It suffices that it is formed, and the formation position thereof may be below the mounting position of the cap 4.

Further, the present invention is not limited to the specific configuration of the cap seal 7 as in the above embodiment. The cutting guide wire 8 for dividing does not necessarily have to be provided with a plurality of lines as in the above-described embodiment, and may have only one line. Further, the cap seal 7 does not have to be fitted so as to cover the entire surface of the cap 4. When the adhesion of the cap seal 7 to the cap 4 is large, the cap seal 7 may be partially fitted to the cap 4 as shown in FIG. 5, for example.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the cap of the bottle container is provided on the outer peripheral surface below the mounting position of the cap of the bottle container. The tubular cap seal of the present invention, which is fitted by means of one or more strips, is provided on the peripheral surface portion covering the step portion at the time of rotation of the cap seal, in addition to the cutting guide line for cutting, which is cut in the longitudinal direction. Since a plurality of perforation lines that are engraved in the vertical direction and that are hooked and broken at the stepped portion are provided at appropriate intervals, use the above-mentioned cutting guide line for normal opening of the cap seal. The cap seal may be divided into pieces, for example, even if the cap seal is gradually rotated in order to improperly insert it into the container, the multiple perforation lines and the cutting guide line provided to cover the stepped portion. Either of them will be caught in the stepped part, and will be caught and broken. Can be appropriately prevented.
