2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, road signs used for lane change lines and lanes have been proposed by the applicant of the present invention in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-29512 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-12581.
There is a lane separation block or the like of Japanese Patent No. 5 publication, and further, there is a road sign that guides a driver of a traveling vehicle or the like clearly by illuminating a lane change line or a separation zone when energized to guide safely. For example, in the road surface-embedded type light-emission guide sign shown in FIG. 12, light-emitting bodies 2 having LEDs or the like as a light-emitting source 1 are buried flush with the road surface 3 along a lane changing line at predetermined intervals. 2 is connected with a current-carrying lead wire. The lead wire is normally passed through a conduit tube 4 buried at a depth of about 0.5 to 1.5 m from the road surface 3. Therefore, with such a sign, the lead wire laying work requires a great deal of labor and a long construction period, and there is a problem in that the traffic regulation is prolonged for a new construction on the existing road.

In order to avoid such an inconvenience, there is conventionally known a method of directly burying the lead wire in the conduit tube 4 without passing it through the conduit tube 4. However, in this case, the lead wire having a circular cross section is apt to be twisted, and if the lead wire is buried in a twisted state, if the road surface 3 is depressed or deformed over a long period of time, the lead wire causes bending fatigue from the twisted portion, Occasionally, a situation that leads to disconnection occurs. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to correct the twisted portion of the lead wire at the time of laying it, which requires a great deal of work, and as a result, a method of passing it through the conduit 4 as shown in FIG. The current situation is that there is no choice but to adopt.

In order to solve the above problems of embedding the lead wire and twisting, a solar cell and a control circuit are provided in the light emitting body as in the sign described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-152013.
It is also known that a storage battery or the like is integrally incorporated and integrated into one to eliminate the inconvenience of wiring with a lead wire between the light emitting portions. However, in this integrated type, since the control circuit senses the voltage drop of the solar cell and starts the light emission, the flashing start time of the light emitting part is displaced at the installation location, and the driver is confused. There is a fatal problem. Regarding this problem, there is also a method of emitting light by irradiating the headlight of the vehicle without using a solar cell, but there are some parts where the headlight is not illuminated in the curved part of the road or the light emitting part in the distance, so install There is a restriction that the place is limited to the vicinity of the intersection.

The electric wire having a flat rectangular cross section is embedded in the guide line on the road surface with its long side in the vertical direction. Since the electric wire has a flat rectangular cross section, the occurrence of twist is minimized as compared with the electric wire having a circular cross section. If a twist occurs during laying work, it can be found and corrected immediately with a flat cross section, and a slit groove for burying an electric wire is excavated on the road surface at the time of laying, but twisted Since it cannot be set in this slit groove in the state, it is prevented from being buried in a state where it is already twisted.

Here, the flat electric wire 14 is made of a material having excellent mechanical strength such as bending and breaking, such as urethane rubber. In addition, a resin such as vinyl chloride or nylon can be used. Is. The reason for forming a flat rectangular cross-section is that the occurrence of twisting is suppressed to a minimum as compared with the electric wire having a circular cross-section up to that point. This is an important subject of the present invention,
Even if a twist occurs during the laying work, it can be immediately found and corrected with a flat cross section. That is, as will be described later, a slit groove for burying an electric wire is excavated on the road surface during laying, but since it cannot be set in this slit groove in a twisted state, it is necessary to prevent burying in a twisted state. It has a big meaning.
