Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an incinerator in whose installing area is not required so wide at a low cost by which a superior efficient operation can be carried out. CONSTITUTION:This incinerator is comprised of an incinerator 1 having a feeding inlet port 8 at its upper part and a combustion port acting also as an ash taking-out port 9 at its lower part ; a cyclon 2 connected to the upper part of the incinerator 1. through a communication pipe 3; and a discharging cylinder 4 connected to the upper part of the cyclon 2. In addition, the incinerator 1 is comprised of an outer barrel 5 and a furnace wall 6 of refractory bricks arranged with an annular air layer 7 partitioned into an upper one and a lower one against the outer barrel 5 with a partition plate 19. A barrel part and a bottom part of the furnace wall 6 are provided with many air nozzles 11 directed toward the center of the incinerator. 排気速度調整用の穴3aを設け、サイクロンへの流入風速
を調整可能にした。さらに、環状空気層7の下室7aと上
室7b及び炉底に送気する中段分岐管15b、上段分岐管17c
及び下段分岐管17aに夫々ボリュ−ムダンパ−16a,16
b,16cを設け、送気を個別に制御可能にし、局部的不完
全燃焼部の発生を防止しうるようにした。

壁6が構成され、両者の間には環状の空気層7が存在し
ている。焼却炉1の略中間部位にゴミ等の被焼却物の投
入口8が、底部には焚口兼灰取出口9が設けられてい
る。10は炉底に設けた火格子である。

れた空気はこゝから同じくノズル11を経て炉心に向け
吹出される。かくして炉の上下はもとより、炉内全周万
遍なく供給され、被燃焼物を完全燃焼させ、排煙は上部
から連通管3を経てサイクロン2に接線方向に送られ
る。このとき速度調整用空気が連通管3の途中に設けた
調整穴3aを開閉することによって供給され、適度の風速
でサイクロン2内に送入されて遠心分離作用をうける。
サイクロン2内で固−気分離された排気は排気筒4を上
昇し、頂部の網筒17で残留している微細な粒子を除去
して大気中に排出される。

機内の上部・中部及び炉底にエアノズル11から空気を
送るようにし、前記下室7aと上室7b及び炉底に送気する
中段分岐管15b、上段分岐管17c及び下段分岐管17aに夫
々ボリュ−ムダンパ−16a,16b,16cを設け、送気を個別
に制御可能にした。このような構成にしたので、燃焼用
の空気は焼却炉の全体にわたって供給され、空気不足に
よる不完全燃焼は全く存在せず、理想的な燃焼が可能で
ある。このような燃焼が良好な上に、次のサイクロンで
固−気分離が具合よく行われるので、住宅近傍において
も、何等煤等による公害のない焼却機を提供することが
可能となった。又連結部に穴3aを設けたので、これの開
閉により風速を調節でき、これ又固−気分離部の効率を
より一層大にすることが可能となった。
