By the way, as shown in FIG.
In the conventional example shown in FIG. 0 and FIG. 21, parts such as a screw piece receiving metal fitting a are required, the number of parts increases, and assembly is difficult, which is a wall for automation of assembly. Further, each component of the above-mentioned conventional example is formed of a metal material, and there is a problem that some components are too strong in terms of strength, resulting in a large amount of material waste and an increase in cost. Also, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-128013 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-42735.
The number disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-209612 and the like can be reduced because the number of parts is reduced, but these parts are all made of metal materials. However, there is a problem that some parts are too strong in terms of strength, and there is a lot of waste in terms of materials, resulting in an increase in cost.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment in which the nut body 1 and the washer 4 are integrally formed by forging. FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the spring member 6. In the case of the present embodiment, the spring member 6 is formed of a leaf spring material in an annular shape and has a bilaterally symmetrical shape. The spring member 6 is provided with a pair of supporting portions 11 symmetrically and a pair of screw piece receiving portions 10 symmetrically. Further, the support portion 11 and the screw piece receiving portion 10 are provided so as to be in a positional relationship orthogonal to each other. The support portion 11 is formed in a mountain shape, and the apex serves as the fulcrum 9. The screw piece receiving portion 10 is provided so as to be bent upward, and is fitted to the upper end of the screw piece 5 to receive the screw piece 5. When the supporting portion 11 having the fulcrum 9 and the screw piece receiving portion 10 are in the positional relationship of being orthogonal to each other as in this embodiment, the bending amount of the spring portion can be minimized. Further, since the support portion 11 has a chevron shape, it is possible to prevent the annular spring member 6 from expanding when the spring portion bends and the spring member 6 from rubbing against the bolt.

The operation of the nut constructed as described above will be described below. FIG. 12 shows a state where the bolt 23 is attached. The knob 21 is lowered, the lower portion of the screw piece 5 is opened, and the guide 15 is opened as shown by an arrow A in FIG. 12, so that the bolt 23 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 2 and the bolt insertion hole. Insert into 8,
The entire nut is pushed up as shown by arrow B in FIG. 12, and the knob 21 is raised at an appropriate position to engage the screw thread 5a of the screw piece 5 with the screw thread of the bolt 23 and fix it as shown in FIG. At this time, when a load is applied as indicated by arrow C in FIG. 14, the force point B is pushed downward, the point of action C is pushed inward as indicated by arrow D, and the screw thread 5a meshes with the bolt 23,
The fixed state is retained. When tightening the nut with the nut attached to the bolt 23, the nut is rotated as indicated by arrow E with the knob 21 raised as shown in FIG. At this time, a force as indicated by an arrow F acts on the screw piece 5, and the screw thread 5a can be tightened in a state of being engaged with the bolt 23. When removing the nut,
As shown in FIG. 15, the knob 21 is lowered, the screw guide 5 is opened by the opening guide 15 as shown by an arrow G in FIG. 15, and the nut is pushed down as shown by an arrow H. FIG. 16 is an explanatory diagram showing the positional relationship between the fulcrum a, the force point b, and the action point c. When a downward force acts on the force point b, a force pressing inwardly acts on the action point c as indicated by a broken line. Here, d is the range in which fulcrum a can exist.

As described above, according to the present invention, a screw piece, a nut body and the like, which are required to have strength and fire resistance at the time of fixing, are made of a rigid material such as metal or ceramic, and function only at the time of attachment / detachment to improve the strength. Since the caps and the like that are not required are made of synthetic resin, it is possible to reduce the cost by forming parts that are not required to have high strength with synthetic resin. The weight can be reduced.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the fulcrum of the spring and the screw piece receiving portion are integrally provided by forming the spring member with a leaf spring material, and the fulcrum of the spring and the screw piece are provided. Since the receiving portion and the receiving portion are provided in a positional relationship orthogonal to each other, the amount of bending of the spring can be minimized. Further, in the invention according to claim 3 of the present invention, since the spring member is formed of a leaf spring material in an annular shape, and the support portion having the fulcrum at the upper end is bent and projected in a mountain shape, the spring is bent. The diameter of the ring expands when it is peeled off, which prevents the bolt from slipping.
