2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, in consideration of the landscape and utilization, the existing wave-dissipating block, mainly the wave-dissipating root block, has become unnecessary in many cases when the improved structure is completed. Such an unnecessary wave-dissipating block has been conventionally reused as follows. Directly used for other construction sites. When manufacturing a block with a large standard, an unnecessary wave-dissipating block is placed inside the form, and concrete is poured into the gap between this block and the form to form a large block. Unnecessary wave breaking block is crushed and embedded in a new block. Discard unnecessary wave-dissipating blocks in the rubble foundation of the structure. Cut off a part of the unnecessary wave-eliminating block and reuse it as a root block.

However, in the case of the above diversion, the block to be removed is often a block having a relatively small weight used near the shoreline or in a river. In some cases, the necessary block weight may not be satisfied, and inevitably the places that can be diverted will be limited. In the case of the above technology,
It is more economical than producing a new block by the usual method, but it is difficult to install an unnecessary existing block at the proper position in the formwork of a large block, and it is also suitable for concrete injection and compaction. It takes time and effort. In addition, in the above case of the conventional technique, it takes time to crush the existing block. Moreover, depending on the pouring method, concrete may not be sufficiently solidified in the mold and may remain as voids, resulting in insufficient strength and weight. Further, in the case of the above technique, a large void is likely to remain between the block and the rubble, and the foundation may sink in the future.
Also, with this technology, the cost of removing, transporting, and putting in existing blocks is higher than the cost of rubble that can be saved, so there is little effect of reducing construction costs. Furthermore, in the above technique, it takes a lot of time to cut the existing block, and the cut part becomes a waste.

The existing block may have a leg protruding from the lower portion as long as it has a columnar protrusion for wave-dissipating in the upper portion, and the leg may be embedded in the pedestal. Also, the plane shape of the pedestal is not particularly limited, as long as it stabilizes the center of gravity of the existing block, a circular shape,
It does not matter that the shape is polygonal. In the case of an existing block having legs, the pedestal may be fixed to a position where the legs protrude downward from the bottom face of the pedestal, or the pedestal itself may have a shape such as a leg provided on the bottom face.

This block is simply manufactured by inserting an existing block of a predetermined shape into the pedestal formwork, and then pouring concrete into the pedestal formwork from the top. Since the manufactured block has a pedestal in the lower part, not only the weight increases, but the position of the center of gravity becomes low and the block becomes stable.
For this reason, it can be used as a flat type root block. In addition, since the columnar projections of the existing block project to the upper part, not only the wave-dissipating effect is maintained as it is, but also its complicated upper shape and the above-mentioned stability make it possible to use it as a fish reef.

In the block thus manufactured, the weight of the pedestal increases, and the three protrusions 1a to 1c of the existing block 1 which are no longer needed in the upper part are projected in three directions as they are, and the lower pedestal is also formed. By 2, the center of gravity is lowered and the block becomes stable. Therefore, this block, which was a comparatively small wave-dissipating block, is used as a substitute for the flat-shaped block. Further, as shown by a symbol K in FIG. 5, it is also used as a covering material for an artificial leaf by utilizing the complicated protrusions 1a to 1c on the upper side. Block K
It is advisable to use the protrusions of the existing block 1 when moving or installing. Depending on the case, a metal fitting for lifting may be attached to an appropriate position of the base 2.

The existing block used in the present invention may have any specific shape as long as it has a single or a plurality of protrusions protruding vertically or obliquely upward from the various wave-dissipating blocks. It is applicable regardless of. Further, the planar shape of the pedestal integrally added to the existing block is not limited to the circular shape, and a polygonal shape such as a quadrangle or a hexagon can be adopted according to the shape of the existing block, the purpose of use, the construction site, etc. The pedestal itself may have a structure in which a small leg is projected on the bottom thereof. Of course, the bottom surface of the base may be flat. As for the position of the existing block to which the pedestal is integrally fixed, any position can be selected as long as it is a lower part of the existing block, that is, a position where the center of gravity of the existing block is lowered.
Various sizes of the pedestal are designed and manufactured according to the purpose of use. The formwork for the pedestal is the shape of the pedestal described above,
Depending on the size etc., the one corresponding to it is manufactured and used, but in order to improve workability such as installation of existing block, concrete injection, demolding, it is desirable that the shape of the upper part is opened widely.

As described above, the present invention has the following effects. Since the concrete pedestal is integrally fixed to the lower part of the existing block, the weight of the existing block can be increased and the center of gravity can be lowered. As a result, the existing block having a comparatively small weight can be diverted as it is to a construction site requiring a block having a large weight. Since the pedestal secures stability and flatness of the bottom, the existing block that was mainly used for wave-dissipating work can be used as a substitute for the flat-type root block. Since this block has a structure in which the protrusions of the existing block project in a complicated manner above the block, a wave-dissipating effect can also be expected. Therefore, it can be used as a covering material for artificial leaves. In this case, even if the cross section of the artificial leaf itself is made small, the same effect can be obtained, so that the construction cost can be reduced. Compared to general flat type root blocks, the upper shape is more complicated, so it has a great effect as a fish reef. Therefore, it is possible to easily construct a rooting / covering work that also has a fish reef effect. In addition to the above, it can also be used as a mound covering material and caisson root-blocking mass, and it becomes possible to divert unnecessary existing blocks to many other purposes and in large quantities. Since it can be manufactured simply by integrally fixing the pedestal to the lower part of the existing block using a frame, it is possible to easily and economically provide the block having a wide diversion area as described above. Moreover,
Operations such as movement and installation can be easily performed by using the upper protruding portion, and the waste generated by cutting off the existing block unlike the prior art does not occur.
