Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve durability by a method wherein an inorganic permeable waterproof material is applied, drying and water spray are repeated thrice, and a permeable waterproof protective layer is formed on concrete and the surface of a crack by the reaction of calcium in concrete and water. CONSTITUTION:A method of waterproofing work of a concrete building applies to waterproofing work at the time of the new construction of a concrete body 1 such as the upper section of a roof, a veranda, etc., and the repair work of cracks, etc., generated after the execution of work. The places of objects are cleaned sufficiently, joint 6 sections are removed at the time of repair, and the joints 6 are impregnated or coated sufficiently with the inorganic permeable waterproof material of a sodium-silicate main component. A permeable waterproof protective layer is formed by a reaction with rainwater collecting on the rear side of covering concrete 4 at that time. The inside of a crack 5 is impregnated with calcium and coated and impregnated with the permeable waterproof material previously at the time of the large crack 5, and drying and water spray are repeated thrice, thus forming the permeable waterproof protective layer.

The inorganic permeable waterproof material is applied by brush or spray. Also, depending on the repair situation, pressure injection or vacuum injection is carried out, and once dried. Next, a large amount of water is sprinkled on the coated surface. The inorganic permeable waterproof material reacts with calcium and water, which are components of concrete, by this watering, and the water content of the surface of the concrete is 20 to 20%.
Penetrates to a depth of 35 mm to form a permeation waterproof protective layer.
For watering, after the watering in the previous process is completed and the coated surface is dried,
Be sure to repeat 2-3 times. When it rains after construction, the inorganic permeable waterproof material reacts with the rainwater to strengthen the permeable waterproof protective layer. Then, the inorganic permeable waterproof material injected into the cracks, etc. also play an adhesive effect on the concrete when forming the permeable waterproof protective layer, and particularly when mortar repair is performed after waterproofing work, it reacts with the moisture of this mortar. Thus, the permeation-proof protective layer grows in the initial substrate and mortar to enhance the adhesion.

Example 1 FIG. 1 shows an example of waterproof repair work on a concrete roof,
1 is a concrete frame, 2 is a parapet, 3 is a slab,
Reference numeral 4 is holding concrete, 5 is a crack in the slab 3, and 6 is a joint between the holding concrete 4. When cracks 5 are formed on the concrete roof, conventionally, the pressing concrete 4 is peeled off, the asphalt is applied to the crack 5 portion, and the pressing concrete 4 is stretched again with mortar. 6 parts are removed and cleaned well, and a lot of inorganic permeation waterproofing material (trade name of Radcon 7 Co., Ltd. Environmental Biken Co., Ltd.) is injected into this joint 6. The inorganic permeable waterproof material penetrates through the water to the crack 5 and reacts there. In addition, since there is usually accumulated rainwater on the back side of the pressing concrete 4, this water reacts with the waterproof material. After confirming that the waterproof material that has entered the cracks 5 has reached the slab, wait 5 to 7 hours to confirm that the inorganic permeable waterproof material has dried, and then apply ten-dispersed water to the joint portion 6. Then, after confirming that it has dried after about 24 hours, watering is performed again and the drying is waited. Repeat this watering at least 3 times.
By repeating this sprinkling of water, a reaction layer is formed on the surface of the concrete and the cracks 5, whereby a permeation waterproofing protective layer is formed.

FIG. 3 shows an example of waterproofing work when the crack 5 is large. At this time, a waterproof tape 8 is attached under the crack 5 and calcium 9 is first injected between the cracks 5 and dried.
After injecting Radcon 7 and drying the Radcon 7, the construction is completed by repeating watering three times in the same manner as above.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, according to the present invention, the inorganic permeation waterproofing material is applied or poured and then water is sprinkled to chemically react calcium and water in the concrete, thereby forming the permeation waterproofing protective layer. . As a result, the durability is semi-permanent as compared with the conventional method of only applying or injecting the waterproof material.
