The adjustment performed by the operator while looking at the printed matter has the feature that a high quality printed matter can be obtained because the amount of ink and the amount of dampening water can be optimized. On the other hand, since it depends on the experience of the operator, there is a problem that the quality tends to vary due to the difference in skill of individuals. In addition, the time and cost required for training the operators were also great. On the other hand, in the means of providing the relationship between the ink amount and the dampening water amount with respect to the printing speed as a parameter in the control device, the quality is not as good as the adjustment by the operator, but there is an effect of suppressing the quality variation. However, it is difficult to create parameters that take into account such factors as changes in paper quality and changes in ambient temperature, and in some cases manual fine adjustment was required. The present invention is intended to provide a device for adjusting the ink amount and the dampening water amount of an offset printing machine, which can easily and quickly perform fine adjustment to obtain a high-quality printed matter that can solve the conventional problems. is there.

The sensor outputs a signal corresponding to the printing speed in accordance with the change in the printing speed. This signal is converted into a digital signal by an A / D (analog / digital) converter and taken into the control device. The control unit has a function inside the ink amount and dampening water amount with respect to the printing speed in the form of the ink source roller rotation number and the water source roller rotation number respectively, and visualizes them in the form of a graph and outputs them to the display device. To do. At the same time, the menus and buttons for increasing and decreasing the ink source roller rotation speed and the water source roller rotation speed with respect to the reference value of the function are displayed. The number of rotations and the number of rotations of the water source roller can be increased or decreased. Then, these change amounts can be stored and held as preset values separately from the reference value as a function. According to the function and preset value set in this way, the rotation speed of the ink source roller and the water source roller corresponding to the printing speed in the actual machine is transmitted from the controller to the motors of the ink source roller and the water source roller in the form of a speed instruction signal. The amount of ink and the amount of dampening water are adjusted to the optimum values.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows one embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the rotation speed of the printing machine 7 is taken into the control device 3 as the printing speed and is shown on the display device (CRT / cathode ray display tube) 4. FIG. 2 shows an example of a screen relating to display and operation, which is the same when a large number of printing machines are connected to the control device 3 as shown in FIG. In this case, it is assumed that five printing machines are connected. First, select the printer to be adjusted. P
Assuming that the user selects 1 (first printing machine), touch the area displayed as "P selection" on the screen, and then touch the area displayed as "1" to input device (touch panel). ) 5 is sent to the control device 3, P1 is selected, and "P1" is displayed on the upper left of the display device. Also P
Current printing speed 400 r. p. The ink functions for the water source roller and the ink source roller at m are displayed on the screen, and the current printing speed is indicated by the cursor.

The number of rotations of the water source roller and the ink source roller having the preset values are also displayed as numerical values on the screen. If the operator sees the printed matter and finds it to be dirty, he must take action to reduce the amount of ink or increase the amount of dampening water. Just touch the area labeled "decrease" to the left of the function to achieve your goal. If the ink is reduced, the display of the ink function will be displayed in a distinguishable manner as shown in the figure after the change, and the numerical value after the change will also be displayed. Further, the adjustment work is similarly performed for the water source, and accordingly, the display changes as in the ink source. If the adjustment is not desired, you can return to the first parameter of each ink function by touching the "Reset" display area.

In this way, the adjustment can be performed while observing the ink function, and when it fails, the parameters can be immediately returned to the original parameters, so that the operator can perform quick adjustment with peace of mind. When the optimum condition is found, the operator can register the condition. In this case, condition 3
To register in, touch the area labeled "Conditions" and then touch the area "3". And "setting"
By touching the area of, these parameters are registered as condition 3. From the next time onward, if the area of “condition” is touched and then the area of “3” is touched, the registered parameters are called, so that the adjustment time can be greatly shortened. The screen shown here is one example, and the display is not limited to this.

Next, the operation of the embodiment configured as described above will be described. The sensor 1 outputs a signal corresponding to the printing speed in accordance with the change of the printing speed. This signal is converted into a digital signal by the A / D (analog / digital) converter 2 and taken in by the control device 3. The control device 3 internally has a function such as an ink source roller rotational speed and a water source roller rotational speed for the ink amount and the dampening water amount with respect to the printing speed, and visualizes them in the form of a graph or the like to display the display device 4. Output to. At the same time, a menu for increasing / decreasing the ink source roller rotation speed and the water source roller rotation speed with respect to the reference value of the function and buttons are displayed. Is configured to increase or decrease the ink source roller rotation speed and the water source roller rotation speed. Then, these change amounts can be stored and held as preset values separately from the reference value as a function. According to the function and the preset value set in this way, the number of rotations of the ink source roller and the water source roller corresponding to the printing speed in the actual machine is output from the control device 3 in the form of a speed instruction signal by the motor of the ink source roller and the water source roller. Is transmitted to and adjusts the amount of ink and the amount of dampening water to optimal values.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the profile of the ink function of the ink / fountain solution held in the control device is displayed on the screen, and the printing speed is indicated by the cursor. The amount of feed water can be grasped intuitively through vision. In addition, the ink source roller speed, which indicates the amount of ink and dampening water, the water source roller speed, and the printing speed are also displayed as numerical values. Since subtle adjustments can be made, the mental burden of adjustment is greatly reduced.

In addition, even if the decision regarding the adjustment is uncertain, it is possible to restore the initial parameters by resetting the same effect. All the adjustments can be performed only by operating the switches on the touch panel displayed on the screen, and there is an advantage that an inexperienced operator can solve the problem such as not knowing where to touch for adjustment. Also, by setting the conditions, the optimum conditions can be called up immediately after getting used to a certain degree, so that the adjustment time can be greatly shortened. As described above, in the present invention,
Since the display screen and the operation panel are integrated and the display is performed by both the function profile and the numerical value, the operability of the operator can be improved. Also, by providing an environment in which the operator can easily operate, there is an effect that the learning period of the operator is shortened.
