さのレ−ル枠(1)の一端にモ−タ−(6)に駆動され
る駆動ロ−ラ−(4)を、他端に誘導ロ−ラ−(5)を
設け、前記誘導ロ−ラ−(5)と前記屈曲関節(2)と
の中間には間隔置きに洗浄液吐出口(13)を設けた液
送管(14)を添設し、前記駆動ロ−ラ−(4)と前記
屈曲関節(2)との中間にはハンドル(10)を備え、
前記駆動ロ−ラ−(4)と誘導ロ−ラ−(5)間に外表
面を洗浄体(9)に形成した無端帯(7)を前記レ−ル
枠(1)に沿う案内手段(20)を介して掛架して成る
