(Prior Art) Conventional water-based printing inks, liquid paints such as watercolors,
In addition to pigments, water-soluble resins, water, etc., alumina white, barium sulfate, silica, etc. are used as extender pigments in order to adjust fluidity, coloring power, hiding power, gloss and the like.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, the extender pigment using the above-mentioned conventional liquid-state painting material reduces the color development and wear resistance of the coating film in works such as paintings and prints using the liquid-state painting material. It has a drawback that it deteriorates the property.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have completed the present invention as a result of various studies on extender pigments in which the reduction in color development is small and the abrasion resistance of the coating film is small. The gist of the present invention is a liquid painting material comprising at least a pigment, an extender pigment, a water-soluble resin, and water, wherein the extension pigment contains at least abietic acid-modified calcium carbonate. It is a thing.

Organic and inorganic pigments such as B, ultramarine blue, phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green can be used alone or in combination, and the amount thereof is preferably 5 to 35% by weight based on the total amount of the liquid painting material. The water-soluble resin is used as a fixing agent and a color-developing agent. In addition to water-soluble resins such as glue, gum arabic, dextrin, and polyvinyl alcohol, poly (meth) acrylic acid, styrene-acrylic acid copolymer,
Styrene-maleic acid copolymer, polymaleic acid, polyfumaric acid, ammonium rosin modified maleic acid resin,
Ionizable water-soluble resins such as amines and alkali metal salts, and water-soluble resins that can be used by combining the free acid of the ionizable water-soluble resin with alkanol amines can be used. 5 to 20% by weight is preferable.

The abietic acid-modified calcium carbonate, which is the essence of the present invention, is used as part or all of the extender pigment in order to prevent the deterioration of color development and the abrasion resistance of the coating film. Abietic acid of 2 to 3% by weight of calcium is coated by a treatment method such as dry blending, and the amount used is preferably 1 to 35% by weight based on the total amount of the liquid painting material.

In the abietic acid-modified calcium carbonate used in the present invention, since abietic acid covers the surface of calcium carbonate,
It is presumed that the diffuse reflection on the surface is less than that of conventional untreated extender pigments, and thus the decrease in color development is less, and because the surface is covered with abietic acid, the friction resistance is less and the abrasion resistance is excellent. ..
