Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a watchband buckle structure with which a metal allergy problem, particularly a nickel allergy problem is not caused and without generation of a problem of a buckle function such as clamping fix and abrasion. CONSTITUTION:In this buckle structure in which a notched part 18 is provided in one end 2b of a back plate, a core member 14 is exposed in the notched part 18, and a locking claw 10 of a front cover 3 is engaged with the exposed locking claw receiving part 11, the locking claw 10 and the locking claw receiving part 11 are made of a material such as titanium, titanium alloy, ferritic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, while the material of the locking claw 10 is different from that of the locking claw receiving part 11. Accordingly, the buckle structure having the same function as an ordinary buckle and without causing a metal allergy problem can be provided.

Details of the clasp structure for the clasp type watch band are as follows. The system fitting of the watch band mounted on the 6 o'clock side is composed of a back plate 31 that contacts the wrist and a front cover 32 that is rotatably connected to one end of the back plate 31 by a connecting rod. On the lower surface of the other end of the front cover 32, the locking claw 3
Have three. The other end of the back plate 31 is covered so as to hold a part of the outer periphery of the core member 34 covered with the outer piece, and further, the locking claw 33 of the front cover 32 in a state where the front cover 32 is rotated and folded. Engages with and holds a part of the other end of the back plate 31. A core member 37 covered with an outer piece 36 is formed in a mouth shape on the 12 o'clock side engagement tool, and one of the connecting pieces is connected to a watch band 30 (shown by an imaginary line).

The connecting method in the clasp structure constructed as described above is performed after the front cover 32 of the engaging device mounted on the 6 o'clock side is passed through the mouth shape of the engaging device mounted on the 12 o'clock side. , The front cover 32 is rotated and folded. The locking claw 33 provided on the other end of the front cover 32 comes into contact with a part of the other end of the back plate 31, and the front cover 32 is strongly pressed to force the locking claw 33 of the front cover 32. It is elastically deformed, and by its reaction force, the locking claw 33 of the front cover 32 is engaged and held at the other end of the back plate 31. At this time, the front cover 32 and the back plate 3
A space is provided between the two and the 12 o'clock side engagement tool is sandwiched in the space to establish a connected state. To release the connection,
The engagement between the locking claw 33 of the front cover 32 and the other end of the back plate 31 is released by applying a force greater than the elastic deformation of the front cover 32 to the locking claw 33. After disengagement,
When the front cover 32 is rotated, the holding of the engaging tool on the 12 o'clock side is released, and by passing the front cover 32 through the mouth shape of the engaging tool, the watch bands 30 on the 6 o'clock side and the 12 o'clock side are attached. Be divided.

The material used for the clasp structure of the watch band as described above is stainless steel, but in recent years, metal allergies due to nickel, chromium, etc. contained in the material stainless steel have been regarded as a problem. There is. In order to deal with such a problem, a watch band made of a non-nickel-containing metal has been proposed. However, like a clasp for a clasp type watch band, an engaging / disengaging mechanism by elastic deformation of the material itself is used. Among the fasteners, those having sufficient durability have not yet been provided.

This is because the locking claw 33 and the back plate 3 for engaging and holding the back plate 31 and the front cover 32.
If the other end of 1 is made of nickel-free metal, fine cracks are likely to occur during processing when molding the other end of the locking claw 33 or the back plate 31. In addition, during engagement and disengagement operation, as described above, since the locking claw 33 is slidably contacted with a strong force that elastically deforms, wear between the locking claw 33 and the other end of the back plate 31 occurs. Due to the repeated bending and bending, there is a problem that the locking claw 33 cannot be clamped and fixed due to fatigue. In particular, the other ends of the locking claw 33 and the back plate 31 are often small pressed pieces that are pressed, so that the locking claw 33 itself may bend and yield before the front cover 32 elastically deforms. In some cases, it was difficult to make the product durable enough to be used as a product.

The front cover 3 connected to the back plate 2 is provided with an outer piece 16 mounted on the 12 o'clock side, an engaging tool 12 and a connecting piece 17.
When the front cover 3 is folded and overlapped with the back plate 2 in a state of being passed between the back cover 2 and the back cover 2, the locking claw 10 receives the locking claw receiving portion 11 of the core material 14 exposed from the notch 18 of the back plate 2. The distance from the connecting rod 5 which is the center of rotation of the back plate 2 and the front cover 3 to the tip 11a of the locking claw receiving portion 11 is set to be slightly longer than the distance from the connecting rod 5 to the tip 10a of the locking claw 10. However, the tip 10a of the locking claw 10 is fixed to the locking claw receiving portion 11
When pushed in along the peripheral surface of the, the tip 1 of the locking claw 10
0a and the locking claw receiving portion 11 are strongly pressed against each other. However, the locking claw receiving portion 11 is different from the material of the locking claw 10 of the front cover 3, and is the same as the thickness of the core material 14 and thinner than the other end 2b of the back plate 2, so that the locking claw receiving portion 11 is locked. The frictional force between the claw 10 and the locking claw receiving portion 11 is small, and therefore wear of the locking claw 10 and the locking claw receiving portion 11 is reduced.

When the locking claw 10 is pushed along the peripheral surface of the locking claw receiving portion 11, a considerable external force also acts on the rising portion of the locking claw 10 formed integrally with the front cover 3, Since the width of the locking claw 10 can be secured over the entire width of the front cover 3, the strength of the locking claw 10 and the front cover 3 as a whole is sufficient, and the locking claw 1 is pressed by the locking claw receiving portion 11.
No cracks, cracks, or plastic deformation occur at 0.

The difference from the above-mentioned embodiment is the locking claw receiving portion, and the surface material is used as the locking claw receiving portion instead of the core material. Core material 2

With this structure, the locking claw 2
4 does not cause functional problems such as clasping / fixing force between the locking claw receiving portion 21 and the locking claw receiving portion 21 and abrasion, and the amount of nickel-containing metal used is smaller than that in the first embodiment, so there are less allergic problems. As described above, in each of the embodiments, the portion of the wrist that comes into direct contact with the skin is made of a non-nickel-containing metal to prevent metal allergy caused by wearing the fastener, and the locking claw receiving portion serves as a locking claw. Since they are made of different materials, it is possible to ensure the same functional quality as the conventional stainless steel containing nickel.

As described above, according to the clasp structure of the watch band of the present invention, the clasp body and either the locking claw or the locking claw receiving portion are made of a metal not containing nickel. Therefore, the metal allergy problem due to nickel does not occur even when the watch band using Nakadome of the present invention is worn on the wrist. Moreover, the function as Nakadome is also equivalent to the conventional product, and there is no problem in use. In this way, it is possible to provide a clasp structure for a watch band that is gentle on the skin and has sufficient functional quality.
