体の急速な前方移動を許す係止制御手段とを具備し、上
記後側質量体を筒状に成形するとともに、上記規制部材
を前側質量体より後方へ延びる複数の弾性部材により構
成し、互いに離間する径方向外方へ拡開付勢された上記
各弾性部材の先端に設けたストッパ片を、上記後側質量
