Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the strength of an aluminum tent frame. CONSTITUTION:A frame member 10 is formed in the shape of a pipe having a circular section. Steel members 11, 12 and 13 are also formed in the shape of a pipe having a circular section, and their outside diameters are different in two or three stages. The outside diameter of a narrow diameter section of each of the steel members 11, 12 and 13 is formed slightly larger than an inside diameter of the frame member 10, and the narrow diameter section is forcedly fitted to the inside of the end of the frame member 10 by means of a hydraulic press. A wide diameter section of the steel member 13 has an inside diameter approximately the same as the outside diameter of the steel member 12 or larger than that so that the wide diameter section of the steel member 12 can be fitted therein. An insertion hole 15 provided to the steel member 11 is made for pivoting the frame member 10 on a leg, etc., with a pin.

2. Description of the Related Art In conventional assembly and disassembly assemble tents, there has been an assembly tent composed only of an aluminum frame. However, the strength of aluminum tent frames is weaker than that of iron tent frames, so when constructing tent frames of the same size, the frame diameter and wall thickness of the frame members are larger than those of iron tent frames. I had to do it.

Therefore, the present invention is
In a tent frame composed of an aluminum frame member, a method of further reducing the pipe diameter and wall thickness of the frame member of the conventional aluminum tent frame by improving the strength of the tent frame, and the conventional aluminum tent frame. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for making it possible to construct a larger tent frame by using a frame member having the same pipe diameter and wall thickness as that of the above-mentioned frame member, and to provide a tent frame having improved strength by the method. I am trying.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the first object of the present invention is to assemble and disassemble an aluminum tent frame composed of an aluminum tubular frame member. The strength of the aluminum tent frame was improved by connecting a reinforcing member having a strength higher than that of aluminum to the end portions, connecting the reinforcing members to each other, or connecting the reinforcing members to each other as a movable part. A second aspect of the present invention is, in the above method, in the connecting portion between the frame member and the reinforcing member, the outer diameter of the reinforcing member is formed to be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the frame member to form the reinforcing member in the end portion of the frame member. The frame member was forcibly fitted, or the outer diameter of the frame member was made slightly larger than the inner diameter of the reinforcing member, and the frame member was forcibly fitted into the end portion of the reinforcing member.

A third aspect of the present invention is an assembling / disassembling aluminum tent frame composed of an aluminum tubular frame member, wherein one or both ends of the frame member is a reinforcing member having strength higher than that of aluminum. It is a reinforced frame that is combined with. According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third reinforcing frame, in the connecting portion between the frame member and the reinforcing member, the outer diameter of the reinforcing member is formed to be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the frame member to form the reinforcing member of the frame member. The frame member is forcibly fitted into the end portion, or the frame member is forcibly fitted into the end portion of the reinforcing member by forming the outer diameter of the frame member slightly larger than the inner diameter of the reinforcing member.

In the present invention, since the reinforcing member is connected to one or both ends of the tubular aluminum tent frame and the reinforcing member portions are connected or connected to each other, the load is applied to the tent frame. The strength of the connecting portions between the frames or the portions movably connected to each other is improved. Furthermore, in the connecting portion of the frame member and the reinforcing member, by forming the outer diameter of the reinforcing member slightly larger than the inner diameter of the frame member, by forcibly fitting the reinforcing member into the end of the frame member,
Or, conversely, by forming the outer diameter of the frame member slightly larger than the inner diameter of the strengthening member and forcibly fitting the frame member into the end of the strengthening member, the connection between the two becomes extremely firm and there is no fastening. There is no need to use tools, fixing means or adhesives.

The embodiment of the present invention has been described above. The characteristic part of the present invention is that an iron member as a reinforcing member is attached to one end or both ends of an aluminum frame member, and the iron members are connected to each other. It is to improve the strength of the aluminum tent frame by connecting or movably connecting it. The load of the assembled tent frame is applied to the connecting part and the movable part of the tent frame forming the tent frame. It is possible to improve the strength of the aluminum tent frame by constructing all the parts to which the load is applied so that they can be supported by the iron member. In the above embodiment, a method of forcibly fitting the end portion of the reinforcing member into the end portion of the frame member is adopted as the method of connecting the frame member and the reinforcing member. The method of forcibly fitting the ends of the frame members to each other is also quite easily possible. In this case, the end portion of the frame member is deformed and fits into the end portion of the reinforcing member due to the strength, and the outer shape of the reinforcing member is not deformed.

The cross-sectional shape of the frame member of the tent frame made of aluminum is not limited to the circular shape as in the above embodiment, but may be a square cross-section. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the iron member must be matched with this and a square-shaped member must be used. As the reinforcing member, other than the iron member, it is also possible to use a synthetic resin member having the same or higher strength. The connection between the frame member and the reinforcing member is not by force fitting as in the above-mentioned embodiment, but a female screw is threaded on the inner surface of the connecting end portion of the frame member, and a male screw is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the connecting end portion of the reinforcing member. The two may be screwed and screwed together, or may be fixed by another fixing tool such as a screw or fixed by an adhesive. However, the forced fitting of the above embodiment is the optimal joining method. Further, the breath 40 (see FIG. 2) for preventing rattling of the skeleton can be freely provided at the corner portion of the skeleton, and the connecting and fixing member 50 for preventing the tent frame from slipping off can be freely provided. . The breath 40 and the connecting and fixing member 50 also have an effect of reinforcing the tent frame.

According to the present invention having the above-mentioned structure, the strength of the aluminum tent frame is improved by the reinforcing member, and the aluminum tent frame having the same size as the conventional one is constructed. The pipe diameter can be made thinner or the wall thickness can be made thinner than the member. Alternatively, it is possible to construct a larger-sized aluminum tent frame by using an aluminum frame member having the same tube diameter and wall thickness as the conventional one. Further, by adopting the forced fitting method in the connection between the frame member and the strengthening member, it is not necessary to use any fastening tool, fixing tool, adhesive agent or the like, and the connection between both members is made firmer. be able to. In addition, the tent frame strengthened by such a forced fitting method has an extremely smart appearance. As described above, the present invention exerts a great effect.
