Alternatively, there is a problem that pinholes are generated due to impact or the like, and the desired gas barrier property cannot be exhibited.

It has been extremely difficult to develop a laminate film of a level applicable to a replacement package or a package containing an oxygen absorber.

However, since a film excellent in heat resistance and mechanical strength is generally used for the surface layer of the laminate film, the laminate film and the exterior film are heat-sealed, which is the simplest method for partially adhering. Impossible to glue,
Therefore, it was extremely difficult to make the packaging bag using the laminated film into a double bag.

Characterized in that it is partially adhered via a strip-shaped adhesive layer parallel to, and further, the heat-fusible substance is partially applied at a desired position between the laminate film surface and the exterior film. The packaging film is provided, further, the packaging film is characterized in that the heat-fusible substance is applied at an appropriate interval in a shape crossing the longitudinal direction, further, the heat-fusible substance is There is provided the above-mentioned packaging film, which is applied in a band shape at an appropriate width and interval perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and further, a contact between the laminate film and the exterior film is provided. There the packaging film is provided which is characterized in that the work was performed by an extrusion lamination method or a dry lamination method, further, the gas exchange packaging or oxygen scavenger-containing packaging film is provided.

When the packaging film of the invention is used, even if the conventional bag-making machine using the laminated film is used as it is, the handling property during bag-making and other operations is excellent, and pinholes caused by friction and impact are not generated. The present invention has been found out that a double bag effective for prevention can be easily manufactured.

The active substance 4 is heated, or is partially applied as a solution. Since the laminate film 2 and the exterior film 3 can be heat-sealed at the position where the heat-fusible substance 4 is applied, the heat-fusible substance 4 separates the above-mentioned films by heat-sealing during bag making. It may be applied to the part to be bonded. Therefore, it is preferable to apply it to the bottom and the vicinity of the opening when the bag is formed, and usually, it is applied in a shape crossing the longitudinal direction at appropriate intervals. If this shape is selected, it is possible to freely manufacture flat-bottomed bags, square-bottomed bags and the like with a normal bag-making machine. In particular, in the case of manufacturing a bag having a normal three-sided seal or back-sealed seal form, it is preferable that the bag is applied vertically in the longitudinal direction so as to be located at the bottom and the opening of the bag, with a suitable width and interval.

Examples of the bonding method include a dry laminating method, an extrusion laminating method, a wet laminating method, and a method of heat-sealing using the heat-fusible substance 4 used in the previous step, but the dry laminating method is particularly preferable. It is preferable that the extrusion laminating method is suitable for continuously and inexpensively adhering a limited portion and has good workability.

The heat-fusible substance 4 is heat-sealed to form a side-sealed portion, and then applied in the form of a band perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
By heat-sealing so that the hot plate hits half of the sheets and cutting, a double bag 6 with a three-way seal as shown in FIG. 2A is obtained.

Therefore, the double bag 6 can be continuously and easily manufactured in the same manner as in the case of manufacturing a conventional laminated film, without involving complicated steps or operations. With this double bag 6,
Even if friction, bending, or impact is applied during transportation, the exterior film 3 can be deformed regardless of the laminate film 2, so that the occurrence of pinholes in the laminate film 2 can be prevented. Therefore, since the excellent gas barrier property of the laminate film 2 is not impaired, it is not only used for vacuum packaging, but also easily deteriorates or deteriorates due to the presence of oxygen in the air like foods and pharmaceuticals, and therefore has an extremely high gas barrier property. It can be preferably used for gas replacement packaging and packaging containing oxygen absorber.
