Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the workability of installation while facilitating handling and transportation by dividing a control cable for a high floor into a specific length set up in a lift well, so as to suppress the weight per one cable. CONSTITUTION:A trunk cable 1 of multi-insulation wire core type having a wire core for each floor indicator and a wire core for a door switch circuit is vertically arranged in a lift path of an elevator 3, to mount a connector 10 for the trunk line cable in the upper part connected to a control unit 2. In this trunk line cable 1, a branch part 3 is provided in each specific space in the lengthwise direction of the cable, and the first to third control cables 11 to 13 are constituted by branch-connecting an indicator branch line 5 for wiring to an indicator 4 of each floor and a door switch branch line 6 for wiring to a door switch 7, in each branch part 3. Branch-connecting work of this branch part 3 is performed in a plant by molding with a molding machine.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a control device installed in a machine room, an indicator installed on each floor, and an elevator control cable line branching to a door switch circuit are laid from the machine room to the lowest floor. (Utility model registration No. 1828175). In a high-rise building, the travel distance of the elevator is long, so the control cable becomes long and heavy. Due to the heavy weight, the workability of branch wiring, mold insulation work, terminal connector harness work, etc. is reduced, and the packing size becomes large, making transportation difficult. or,
There was a problem that workability was significantly reduced even during installation work.

An elevator control cable line will be described with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 1 denotes a multi-insulated main-core type cable having a core for an indicator on each floor and a core for a door switch circuit, which is vertically wired in a hoistway (not shown) of an elevator. A trunk cable connector 10 is attached to the upper portion of the cage and is connected to the control device 2. Reference numeral 3 is a branching portion set at predetermined intervals in the lengthwise direction of the trunk cable 1, an indicator branching wire 5 for wiring to the indicator 4 on each floor, and a door switch branching wire for wiring to the door switch 7. 6 and 6 are branched and connected. The branch connection work of the branch section 3 is performed in advance by a machine in a factory in advance, and the insulation treatment of this branch connection section is molded by a molding machine. The branch portions 3 are collectively provided for each floor, that is, every two floors. Therefore, a plurality of indicator branch lines 5 and two door switch branch lines 6 are drawn out from one branch part 3. There is. The branching direction of each branching line is centered around the branching part 3 and is led out to the left, right, up and down for each system. The terminals of the branch lines 5 and 6 are pre-installed with insert-type connectors at the factory so that the operator can easily connect the indicators and door switch circuits on each floor. A connecting connector 9 is attached to the end of the trunk cable. The control cable manufactured as described above is shown in FIG. The first and second control cables 11 and 12. No connecting connector is required at the end of the third control cable 13 on the bottom floor.

The first, second, and third control cables 11, 12, and 13 which are constructed by pulling out the branch lines 5 and 6 in this way are installed in advance because they are manufactured in advance in the factory. Bring it to the site and install the third control cable 13 for the lowest floor (1F to 20F) in the hoistway of the elevator, and then the second control cable 12 for the middle floor (21 to 40F).
Next, the first control cables of the uppermost layer (41F to 60F) are laid vertically, and the first control cable 11 and the second control cable are connected in the outlet box 8 by the connection connector 9. The same applies to the second cable and the third cable. Further, since the respective branch lines 5 and 6 are connected by their terminal connectors, it is possible to perform a predetermined wiring connection work with an extremely simple work.

According to the present invention, since the control cable for high floors is manufactured by dividing it into fixed lengths, the weight per cable can be suppressed, and the branch wiring, mold insulation, and terminal which are factory works. There is an effect that it can be manufactured without lowering the workability of connector mounting. Also, because the packaging is compact,
This has the effect of making it easy to handle and transport. Also, at the installation site, the control cables can be laid separately to improve the workability of the installation work, and since each control cable can be easily connected with a connecting connector, it is possible to provide a highly reliable control cable. There is an effect that can be done.
